Mill Turbine No. 2, Serial No. B290231, MODEL 290 mm:- (i) Main rotor 1" raw & 2nd raw blades to be changed by new blades.
(ii) Inter holde top & bottom blades to be changed.
(iii) Main rotor to be balanced after fitting new blades.
(A) Power Turbine No. 2, Serial No. B550098 O/P 1500 Kw:- (i)1st stage moving blades, locking pin damaged.1st stage moving blades to be replaced.
(ii) 2nd stage moving blades, locking pin damaged. 2nd stage moving blades to be changed.
(iii) Oil seal fins to be machined and dimension to be maintained 97/94 mm (Both sides) Front and rear end.
(iv) Front end and rear end fins dimension to be modified and dimension to be maintained (37/34 mm)
(B) Gear Box:- (i) High speed pinion thrust coller to be replaced (both the pinions) and balancing to be done (02 Nos.)
