M&L for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole Air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1000 Amps ,415 V 50 HZ of make L&T/C&S/GE/ABB make, strip opening the Air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance :-

a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution. b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and fixed contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the wornout parts. d) Check arc chutes for damage and replace damaged parts. e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil (SAE-20 or 30) for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual . Replace if there is excessive wear and tear.

f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. g) Replacing the badly worn or burned contacts. Checking control device free for operation. h) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional. Note : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/ pins etc

Removing the wornout duct insulation carefully , cleaning/preparation of surfaces and M&L for duct insulation (25mm MM THICK) with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the following:-a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage.

M&L for taking down 48 TR Chiller package unit Direct expansion type Outdoor including dismantling the units carefully, chemical cleaning of compressor, condenser tube and control piping, with appropriate cleaning agents, flushing through proper air flow across the coils to improve the cooling efficiency, reassembling & re-installing the units in their original position including replacing defective spare parts and testing & commissioning complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
