Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. CPWD DSR 2019 15.18

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-charge.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) CPWD DSR 2019 15.2.1

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. CPWD DSR 2019 15.3

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. CPWD DSR 2019 10.25.2

Applying solvent free, high potlife & versatile epoxy bonding agent such as Masterbrace 1414 or equivalent on stair as per direction of E/I for bonding of new to old concrete including all cost of material, labour, scaffolding and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Application of special mortar such as MasterTop 300 or equivalent for protection of stair after repair & application of bonding agents (paid separately) as per direction of E/I including all cost of material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding and T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Removal of debris / waste material/ any other material/ waste material by sides of drains / rubbish on road side / park / dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley (Tractor with Trolley, driver, fuel etc. ) within the specified colonies as directed by the Engineer-in- charge & includes safe disposal of the same out side the colony area at suitable dumping area including cost of all labour (minimum four nos. labours or more as required), T& P etc. required for proper loading/unloading and safe disposal of waste or any other material etc. required for the proper completion of the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI)

Removal of old concrete by chiecheling though mechanical means including supply of all material ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

Attending minor type of repair etc. for full day by engaging and suppling one suitable beldar / mazdoor for carrying simple type of repairing of all work including all T&P etc. complate but exclding cost of material.(As per rate analysi)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On Concrete work DSR 2019-13.52.2)

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works.(As per DSR-2019-13.50.3)
