Comprehensive periodical and preventive maintenance to Electrically operated passenger bed elevator-I No NM 8363 of 20 passenger (1360 Kgs) Capacity from ground to 2nd floor with minimum speed 0.55mtr/Sec installed in B block Make- OTIS -01 No, with power driven automatic steel sliding doors of single speed and efficient operating condition through manufacturer instructions by regular examination, lubrication and carry out planned maintenance system, servicing, oiling and controlled manner using techniques and expertise and replacement of unserviceable components such as worn out gear, thrust bearing, drive sleeve bearing, brake contact, lining motor winding, rotating elements, relays, solid state components, PCBs, resistance, condensors, power amplifier, transistors, contacts, diodes,governor jaws car, hall buttons, car & hall position indicators, car weight,duide rails and buffers, top and bottom limit switch, battery operated emergency light and alarm system, wiring of all equipments and accessoris, reverse phase indicator, automatic rescue device for and testing and servicing of Drives & Pulley etc for under mentioned including sunday & holiday for the lifts complete all as speciied and directed

Note 02 - The entire work mentioned in item No 01 to 05, including comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of lifts / elevators shall be got executed through OEM i.e. M/s OTIS Elevator company (India) Ltd only. The contractor will also submit the physical copy of MOU with M/S OTIS Elevator company within 15 days of AOC. (i) Grade of oil required in gear box shall be India oil, Servo Mesh 320 pr Servo system 320 equivalant Grade of oil all as approved by Engg - in - charge. (ii) Any items not covered under as supply only shall be deemed to be included in this section for the smooth fuctioning of lifts and contractor may quote the rate accordingly. (iii) contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate.

Note 03: (i) Contrator shall be attending complaint round the clock i.e 24 hrs. If contractor is not able to rectify the complaint, penalty shall be charged as given below (a) upto 1st day- NIL (b) 2nd day- Rs 1000/- (c) Subsequently for every day- Rs 1200/day (ii) Responce time shall be 3 working hours if any breakdown call is received during late hours the same will be attended by early next morning. The call back service will be provided with respect of WEF 9.00am to 5.30 pm in case of any emergency the service may be provided beyond this timing. As against major breakdown the time needed for repair/replacement of the following items to the extent indicated should also not to be counted as down time. a. rewinding/replacement of main motors 07 days b. Warm Gear 07 days. c. Speed governor rope 02 days d. Brake shoe liner 01 day e. Transformer Rectifier 05 days f. Tralling cable replacement 05 days g. Brake Magnet /Door drive motor rewinding alcement 05 Days

M&L for painting of Elevators/ Lifts Complete including Cabin complete and channel/Collapsible door of all floor 1st floor to 5th Floor complete with Spray gun and brush with synthetic enamel paint as per existing colour over coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for checking and testing of ARD (Automatic Rescue device) system of lifts including replacement of unserviseable maintenance free Sealed Lead-Acid Battery ) of Lifts cap- 12 Volt 7.5 Ah ( 08 Nos) stype EP-12-12 as per existing.
