SPECIAL REPAIR TO BASE OPS AND TRANSMITTER BUILDING AT AFS PHALODI

Taking down existing roof treatment including mud phuska/lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing complete layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar & felt cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished material outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for applying cement slurry over existing roof surface @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:4, over RCC roof slabs for laying water proofing treatment mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement mixed with using water proofing liquid @ 150 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : liquid water proofing compund shall be measured and paid seperately. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roof Treatment:- 1. All visible cracks to be opened up in V shape and remove all loose particles, cleaned properly with wire brushes and cracks are to be filled with crack filling compound for cracks upto 5 mm width/depth of cracks. 2. Cracks of more than 5mm width/depth are to be filled with cement grouting like (URP Cement grout) by injecting through nozzles till refusal by authorized applicators of manufacturer carefully by following manufacturer’s instructions. The size and spacing of the nozzles shall be all as per manufacturers instructions/as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 3. After drying, roof coat paint shall be applied (@ rate of 1 L per 1sqm) with roller in both directions with a gap of 12 hr for each direction over a self prime coat @ 0.5 ltrs of water mixed to 1L of roof coat paint. 4. Necessary guarantee of 05 years shall be submitted by the contractor. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply Integral water proofing liquid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided forcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour cement concrete in foundations, fillings and mass concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 60mm thick PUF panel icluding surface preparation with clean, level and free from any obstruction on which it to be fixed and aligned panels according to the interlocking system (tongue and groove),ensuring a tight fit and after joining, use appropriate sealants/butyl tape to seal joint and prevant air gaps or thermal bridging alongwith secure the panels to structure using appropriate fasteners (screws, bolts properly) and finaly when PUF panels firmly fixed with wall/structure, any exposed or gaps can be finished with additinal sealant or trim complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix micro perforated square edge and attrivate finish mineral fibre (sand micro) of nominal size 595 x 595, & 5 mm thick , having building attribute as in false ceiling , fixed and including grid of size 600 x600 mm having main of aluminium - T of size 35 x 25 x 0.5 mm thick , cross aluminium T of size 25 x 25 x 0.5 mm thick , the grid shall be suitable for mineral fibre tiles and hanging from soffits of existing RCC roof slab with using connecting clips all as per manufactures instruction and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasketetc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in repair 6 mm thick aluminium composite panels, coloured with decorative choice, fixed to aluminium frame work as in doors/partitions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix for providing Aluminium powder coated door shutter with powder coated frame 65mmx50mmx1.60mm thick fixed with hing and shutter with to rail, middle rail and bottom rail and style of size 85mmx44mmx2.00mm thick with 200mm size aluminum handle on both sides of shutters, aluminium tower bolt 150mm long 2 Nos per leaf, including panel joining cleats, rubber packing, aluminium beading, screws, 01 No Mortice lock 4 levers with two keys for each shutter, 3 Nos butt hinges of stainless steel for each shutter, provision of 8mm dia through bolt with nuts on both side for top and bottom rail etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- All fittings shall be of same finished as of door shutter.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium strip 25X3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix air termination , single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level), with top edge of the plate vertically to depth of not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to and incl GI strip 25x4 mm and GI pipe 25 mm dia light grade for protection to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead by means of GI bolts and nuts etc connecting to equipment with provn of charcoal and salt etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl PCC cover and , watering arrangement with GI pipe 20 mm dia medu=ium grade and MS funnel, concrete pit incl excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing on completion etc complete( Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5m away from earth pit pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
