Earthing complete all shown as electrical plate No -05 of MES Sch part -I as specified with testing and as directed including the following. (i) Copper earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 metre below ground level. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers ( n.exc 15 cms each layer). (iii) 32x6mm copper strip from earth plate to test point by means of brazing, bolts, nut washers and check nut of brass and connected with test point of bronze all as directed. (iv) 20mm bore, medium grade, GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shall be provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horizontaly to the earth pit. (v) 40 mm dia bore G. I. light grade pipe for protection of copper strip. (vi) Cement concrete chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate. The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. (vii) 50mm thick precast cover of cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50m as directed .Note :- Copper strip 32x6 mm at 7.5 mtr included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing Copper strip of size 32 x 6 mm burried in ground/fixed on wall complete with porcelain insulators, fixing screws, nuts, bolts and washers etc.

Supply and fixing dissipater/handle made of copper strip 50x6 mm 15 cm long duly moulded in shape of door handle including cutting,welding etc all as specified and directed.

supply and fix copper plate of size 600x600x3mm thickness fixed on ground connect with strip by means of brazing, bolts, nut washers andheck nut of brass and connected with test point of bronze all as specified and directed.(10.5 Kg)

Demolation of cement concrete of any description in any position for laying of Gi pipe in suitable depth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC of 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm aggregate on floor for covering pipes and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Galvanised Tube 25mm bore, 'heavy grade', with all fitting including cutting, threading etc as per site requirement and drilling holes/fixing clamp set for taking branch connection from main pipe line & laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Gun-metal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends size 25 mm bore, for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core all as specified and directed. (from Existing main panel fixed new mccb 100 A to 3-Phase socket)

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n exc 1.5 mtr in width and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out all as required for laying of cables, Foundation filling of poles or stays etc all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 10.00 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3 metre.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each all as required.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size. laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick all as required.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground cables 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm, thick after laying, stretching and testing the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for 40mm dia bore galvanized iron tubing, light grade including all fitting for cable protection etc laid in floor or fixed to poles with clamps etc all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing for tempra plug & socket DB and MCBs with conceled in wall , triple pole and neutral enclouser with a Four pin and earth plug and socket complete with one TPN MCB , 440V of capacity 63 amps of complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in MCCB, 4-pole, breaking capacity 25 KA, 415 volts, 100 Amps including connection with the existing sub circuit in panel with proper size new copper cable, lugs,connectors etc.
