Demolition of Cement Concrete in ground floor or pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing cement or cemet lime mortar from and cleaning stones, obtained from masonry of any description (except ashlar facings and dressed stone work) and stone setts from pavings; stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish etc to a distance exc 1.5km but n exc. 5km and depositing outside of defence land under contractor’s own arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas n. exc. 1.5m deep and getting out by mechanical means in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas exc. 1.5m but n. exc. 3.00m deep and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in road side berms, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.50m clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) for laying interlocking tiles/ Chequered cement concrete tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 80mm thick of M-40 grade concrete of any shape and size as ordered conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigments laid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepolished Chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment laid as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drains or channels n. exc. 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of debris (Malba) including excavated rocks/ materials, rubbish, soil etc to a distance exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing outside of defense land under contractors own arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered/ un-plastered surface of walls using steel wire brushes, scraping down to remove efflorescent salts, grease spots, moulds, moss, etc., including brooming down, washing, rubbing down using sand paper, including stopping of disturbed surfaces, planes/ edges with white cement putty & rubbing with sand paper to obtain regular and smooth surface and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion anti-weather & anti-algae paint (1st quality paint) in disruptive pattern using number of colours as approved, over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include the cost of use and waste of necessary ladder, wooden platform etc. as may be required to execute work at any height upto 10.00 metre.

M&L brickwork with old size sub class 'B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walkways, railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric n. exc. 4 kg per sqm fixed to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss, railing, columns, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing only framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm stone graded aggregate as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using graded stone aggregate as in floor/ paving finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ for 150mm thickness of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
