Repairing the edges of concrete chajjas,facias,columns not exc 200 mm wide by providing PCC (1:2:4)

type B-0 thickness 10 to 20 mm as required including all necessary formwork and provosion of rendering 10 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:3 with chicken wire mesh after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 Kg/sqm of surface finished even and fair in patches including two coats of weather coat Apex paint over a coat of primer including taking down swollen/damaged plaster or concrete (upto 6th floor ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the existing reinforcement with wire brush / rotary brush to make surface clean ,free from rust scales,loose materials,dust etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer with a coverage of 350 gms/sqm on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hours and forming corrosion resistant,insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement with wire brushing to remove rust spalls with time interval of 1 hour between the coats .(Measurement per square metre surface area of concrete ) .Product Sika Rustoff-100 or equivalent in Fosroc,Asian etc as approved by GE (upto 6th floor ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Installation of rebar by using Hilti hammer drill with carbide drill bit,chemical dispensing gun for inserting and using injection mortar chemical Fischer 585 s or equivalent upto minimum depth of (10 x dia of bar ) as in chajja,beam,lintel,column slab and parapet at any height before inserting an anchor bar.Hole must be free from dust debris,water,oil grease complete all as per manufacturers instructions (upto 6th floor ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick,SIZE 55 CM x 55 cm laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror finish) complete (upto 6th floor ) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

First quality Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed with 4 mm spacer and grouting the joint of flooring with epoxy grout mix of organic coated filler of desired shade,hardener ,resin in the ratio of 8:1:2 laid over and inculding 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) complete (upto 6th floor ) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, on concrete,brick surfaces/chajja/column mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Water proofing roof treatment/Sunken treatment using APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3 mm thick and weighting not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm black finish reinforced with non-woven polyster matt wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm with thermo fusable finish laid over compatible bitumen primer at the rate of 0.40 Ltr/Sqm over cleaned surface including parapet,applying a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg per square metre over priming coat torching over laps with a propane or butane gas torch with a over lap of 100 mm at the side and 150 mm at the ends and sealing all as per manufacturers instructions incl wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of concrete, roof surfaces etc. with water including flashings and junction of parapets etc complete (upto 6th floor ) all as specified and directed.The rates shall be inclusive of finishing rain water gutter portion with cement mortar 1:3 to provide requisite slope towars rain water pipe outlet.
