Replacing existing V grooved anchor bolts with rectangular threaded anchor bolts for de-tensioning of HTS wires at departmental Pole Casting yard, Choolissery

Manufacturing, machining and supplying one EN8 steel spindle screw of 80 mm diameter and 550 mm length, including rectangular cut grooving to the required length, complete with one matching 120 mm across-flat hexagon nut, using tested quality EN8 material; the spindle shall be accurately turned, threaded where required, and machined to correct tolerances; the rectangular groove shall be formed by milling/slotting to the specified dimensions; the hexagon nut shall be machined from EN8 steel and threaded to match the spindle, ensuring smooth and backlash-free movement; all edges shall be finished and chamfered, surfaces shall be free from burrs and defects, and all components shall be cleaned after machining; the work includes cost of EN8 material, machining, threading, grooving, labour, tools, trial assembly, inspection, loading and unloading, and all incidental charges for completing the item in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (8 bolts each x 16 moulds =128nos total)
