EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply, install, commissioning & testing step down transformer indoor type HT 6.0/11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tap changing on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS: 2026-1977 of capacity 500 KVA. It must complete with standard fittings and accessories required as per latest specification gauges, first fill oil etc.the maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 40 degree celcius in oil and 55 degree in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature 50 degree celcius. The core of transformer shall be bolt less to reduce hot spots and first grade CRGO sheets shall be used. The insulation level (impulse withstand in KV peak) shall be 170 on HV & 75 on LV side impulse level (power frequency with stand in KV runs) shall be 70 on HV and 28 on LV side. The percentage impedence of the transformer at 75 degree C, rated current of frequency should be 6.25% transformer shall have the following, (a) Rating plate and terminal making plate of HT/LT side (b) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing (c) Lifting lung (d) Dehydrating silicagel breather (e) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (f) Cooling radiator (g) Thermometer pocket (h) Drain valve with plug on cover plate (i) Conservator tank (j) Oil filling hole with cover including funnel (k) Air release device (l) Winding temperature indicator Note. (i) It should include Cost of RCC foundation for transformer and one side ramp for moving the transformer. (ii) contractor has to intimate/inform the OC Contract well in advance before dispatching the material from factory premises.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of 500 KVA silent DG set 415 V, 3 phase 4 wire water cooled electric start with 4 stroke compression engine designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM as per IS : 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel, control panel consisting of start key switch,lub oil pressure gauge, ammeter, voltmeter, battery,electrical battery charger, saftey shutdown system for low oil pressure and high temperature, control panel having meters sound proof canopy and foundation etc.
Supply, installation, test and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amps, SF6 gas filled with non extensible Ring Main unit (RMU) floor mounted, manual opperations and with internal copper bus bars. All live parts, bus bars, LBSs, VCBs connections of RMU should be enclosed in stainless steel tank of 2 +/-0.5 mm thick sealed for life having IP67 degree of protection filled with as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC62271-200. RMU shall have solid earthing system. RMU should complete with all acccessories such as Terminal boots ,VPIS, FPI, cable supports, mechanical indications for load break switch ON/OFF, VCB ON/OFF, spring charge, manometer as per with IEC standards 62271-200. internal arc type tested for 21KA for 1 sec. VCB used must be tested for minimum 50 nos of electrical operations at rated short circuit breaking current without inspection. 1 No. incoming (LBSs) and 2 Nos. outgong (VCBs) Rated voltage should be - 12KV Rated power frequency voltage - 28 KV Rated lightining impulse withstand voltage - 75 KV Rated current for VCB feeder 630A Rated short time current withstand 25 KA for 1 sec Rated short time making current 50 KA Nominal operating gas pressure - 1.2 bar abs at 20 deg C Ambient temperature-) -25 deg C to +40 deg C Rated internal arc rating - 21 KA for 1 sec IAC - AFLR in tank and cable box both RMU shall have manual operation. Air circuit breaker feeders shalll be self powered and provided with over current & earth fault protection for transformer and shall have serial port for communication on modbus protocol. RMU shall be provided with fault passage indicators in every feeder having LCD display and auto reset facility and one NO/NC auxiliary contact fo showing status on SCADA. Note (i) Factory inspection & testing shall be carried by Rep of accepting oficer in factory premises (ii) Contractor has to inform/ intimate the OC Contract well in advancee before dispatching the material from factory premises.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored Al conductor cable of size 120 sq mm to 185 sq mm including excavation, cable laying, protection with sand and brick cushioning, return filling & removal as specified in particular specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L Earthing of machinery /equipment installed at power house/substation using 25 x 3 mm Copper strip and copper plate of size Earth 300 x 300 x 3 mm as earth electrodes. Electrode buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter. electrode should be connected to copper strip by means of connected tinted copper bolt, nuts, check nuts and connected to earth test point with and including necesssary earth work in any type of soil, return filling, removal of surplus soil etc, filling adequate qty of charcoal dust, common salt packed all ground the earth plate upto funnel with wire mesh provided inside concrete earth pit for watering arrangement complete and testing on completion.

Purpose: Cable Differential Protection Core2: Ratio: 200-100/5 A; Class: 0.2, Burden – 15VA, ISF<=5 Class & Burden specifications correspond to 200/5 A ratio. Purpose: Tariff Metering Note: Core 1 &2 shall be in one mould.
Supply install and testing of 33KV single phase withdrawable type PT connected in circuit side of the Incomer CBs in star / star fashion for instrumentation and metering and complete with HV & LV fuses, withdrawal trolley, PT primary and secondary isolating contacts, to be provided in the incomer panel only.PT can also be mounted in the CB trolley itself and its secondary terminals should be wired up to the terminal block in the LT compartment. The ratio and output of the P.T. Core should be as follows Ratio: 33 / √ 3 kV / 110/√ 3Volts Burden - 25 VA per phase; Class – 0.2 Voltage Factor - 1.2 continuous & 1.9 for 8 hrs. Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of end suction Horizontal centrifugal pump, Mixed Flow semi open type pump set having SS Impeller fitted with fully automatice priming & de priming system suitable for pumping storm water with sand and semi-solids, each having Cl casing. The pump shall be capable to discharge 1270 cum/hr at a head of 15 M and capable of suction lift in the range 6.5 to 7 M. pump operating speed shall not more than 988 rpm Coupled with electric Motor of suitable rating complete with auto-starting mechanism. The complete set shall be mounted on a heavy duty common base frame including coupling guard, foundation bolt and suitable RCC foundation etc. as required.
Supply and laying of Ductile iron 400 mm dia S/S or flanged pipe (IS-8329-2000) centrifugally cast including specials of Class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining and outside black bitumen coating complete all as specified and directed. It includes all accessories required like SS reinforced Nut,Bolt and Flange, MS Gasket and Reducer.
