Demoliion of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and level in layer n exc 15 cm thick water and well rammped true surfaces with broken stone /boulder complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in cills, steps, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses and copings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L 15mm thick screed bed in cement motor (1:6) for laying of floor finish complete all as specified and directed

S &F chequered cement concrete coloured tiles (glossy finish) 20cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glossy finished of any shape and design confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, laid over sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for for sand cushioning layer 40mm thick over sub base for fixing of interlocking tiles spread levelled to reqd level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of hardstanding/pavement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstanding, finished the surface even and fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Forming contraction/ dummy joints 65mm deep and 10mm wide and filled with sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of RCC of any description specifically provided complete all as specified and directed

M&L precast RCC cover slab ( 1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as speceified and directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
