SUPPLY OF DUSTBINS, INFORMETORY SINAGES, PATHINDICATOR SIGNAGES AND BENCHES AT PUROLA

Supply of wire mesh covered dustbin of having size 0.90X0.60X0.90 mtr with MS frame, hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75x25mm mesh, 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. As per drawing, design & specification complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Retro- reflective path indicator signages having size 900X900 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro –reflective sheeting. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 3 mtr long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement as per drawing, design & specification complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Retro- reflective Environmental Awareness Information signages of having size 900X1800 mm made out of with 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with Micro Prismatic retro reflective sheeting as per A.S.T.M.D. 4956-01 (Type IV ) of approved specification as per M.O.R.T & H having approved matter by overlay Blue/Yellow/Red & Green Colour film fully processed by hand squeeze roller applicator of heat lamps vaccume applicator machine. Boards to be supplied along with back supported angle iron frame of 40X40X5mm. two channel posts of 75X40X5mm size and 3.5 mtr length as per drawing, design & specification complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 3 Seater cast iron benches having size 5 feet made of FRP pultruded profiles with wooden finish and sides made of cast iron heavy duty with arm rest. Special purpose additives include ultraviolet radiation screens for improved weather ability, antimony oxide for flame retardance, pigment for colourization low profile agents for surface smoothness crack suppression characteristics as per drawing, design & specification complete in all respect as approved by Engineer-in-charge.
