Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete,

Dismantling door shutter including removal of hinges and refixing in position after necessary repair work etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Supplying and paving best quality highly compressed inter lock floor paving blocks 50mm or nearest available thick, top finish with white cement and colour powder mix, over quarry dust or 6mm broken stone chips after leveling and rolling to a thickness of 80mm including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Providing and laying polished vitrified floor tiles (size of tile 60x60cm) in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorptions less than 0.08% and confirming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all coloures and shades,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments, moulding the edges etc.complete. as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing first quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make in coloures, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand) and pointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigments of matching shade etc. complete.

Removing white or colour wash by scraping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats old work of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the instructions of the dept. officers

French sprit polishing one or more coats after cleaning the surface including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Painting with weather proof paint (Ace or equivalent quality) one or more coats on old surface after cleaning the surface etc. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing IS:12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 125X64X1.90mm with stainless steel screws etc. complete
