Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm each, from chowkats and refixing in the same opening after erasing, minor repairing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for for hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden handrail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link fencing of mild steel galvanized wire of any description, dia and mesh size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing chain link fencing of mild steel galvanized wire of any description, dia and mesh size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing 5-10mm dia of shank mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15cm but n exc 22.5cm long complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for for mild steel round bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-S or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 as in sub base of floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- This item shall not be executed in the location, where dismantling of tiles work have been done.

Material and labour Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles, joint free, premium/1st quality 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles premium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour rendering 10 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm thick cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 ement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour applying 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achieve smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of brick/concrete ceiling and applying three coats of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white lime wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of wall, pillar, cornices, etc. and applying two coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, washing down with water to remove loose particles etc. of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium weather coat acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade over and including priming coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated plastered/unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered/ unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, washing down with water to remove loose particles etc. and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old or previously treated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old or previously treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, not exceeding 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for wire brushing and cleaning top surfaces of cement concrete/brick tiles incl roughening surfaces of old concrete by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing the surface with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square metre, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
