Painting of 100 men Jawan barrack building (outside and inside corridor) including some plastering and replacement of glass panes with putty etc. at HQ, 10th Bn TSR (IR-V)

Dismantling old plaster of painting, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. completed as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Chipping of unsound/ weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual chisel and/ or by standard power-driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concreate surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (i)25 mm average thickness.

Providing & fixing super lates-302 (SBR based) water proofing expert (Dr. Fixit) over R.C.C slab with 3(Three) component by mixing super latex, water & cement at 1:4:7 or as per manufacturer recommendation in/c cleaning the roof surface with wire brushes & with cleand water before application & curing the chemicals by sprinkling water for 3-5 days after application of water proofing components complete as per direction of the Eng-in-charge and technical recommendation of the manufacturer.

Providing mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (i) 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC/RCC/Brick works in joint to receive new and fresh CC/RCC/ Bricks works including roughening and leaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix (i) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 fine sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with :4.0 mm thick glass panes.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work (one or more coats), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufactures] : New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 Kg/10 Sqm)
