Material and labour for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Chajja/shelves, etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 internally on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered internal surfaces and applying two coats of Interior Emulsion (Asian Rayale interior emulsion) over a coat of primer and 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Application of paint, primer and wall care putty shall be as per manufacturer's instruction.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume roofing system aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm total thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws shall be continuous with no joints complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) Quality A in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire 304 grade and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples and including II nd class hard wood/aluminium beads straight (any size) for glazed or gauged joinery , renewed including mitrted etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) 25 mm thick as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall tiling/floor tiling/Terrazzo tiling/Chequered tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Vitrified double/ ultra charged stain free tiles of size 800x800x10 mm thick with approved pattern and colour borders over cement screed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Somany/ HR Johnson/ Kajaria)
