Design,Supply,Transportation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Grid interactive Solar Inverters of Capacity maximum 50-60 kW,415AC/50Hz/MPPT IP65 with Data logger –Monitoring system etc. as detailed in the Technical specification suitable for the Solar Power system.

Design,supply,fixing, testing and commissioning of Solar Net Meter, CT and connected acessories with meter cubicle, control wiring in the existing panel in the Infopark Substation.

Supply and fixing of suitable Junction box and connected accessories between Inverter and ACDB.

Supply and fixing of suitable size canopy arrangement for the Invertors and DCDBs.

Design, supply, laying of following size PVC/XLPE insulated sheathed (1100 V grade) alu armoured conductor cable laid in burried trenches/trays etc. Rate shall including necessary supporting structures/ cable trays.

Earthing

Supply, erection of 1200 x 1200 x 12 mm Gl plate burried In ground at a depth of 3.0 M from ground level with alternate layer of charcoal and slat including including supply and fixing of 38 mm dia perforated Gl pipe funneling for watenng purpose and construction masonry with RCC cover. The cover shall be heavy duty to suit heavy vehicle movements. Module earthing to be done separately and connected to the existing grid.

Supply and laying of 6 gauge bare copper wire for equipment and DB earthing.

Liaison with the Chief Electrical Inspector to Govt., of Kerala/CEA for preparation of Working drawings , obtaining approval for drawing.Preparation of completion Report, Arranging for Inspection and attending to defects report and preparation of as fitted drawings and obtaining Safety Certificate from CEIG /cea for commissioning. Preparation of As built drawings ,framed single line drawings after commissioning and submitting to client.The necessary statutory fees/charges will be paid by the contractor on receipt of notice from authority and the same will be reimbursed by INFOPARK on production of vouchers (or) receipts as proof.
