P.C.C :Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge: Note:- Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately.All works up to plinth level: M-15 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum).

Footing Jacketing Work: Begin by breaking and removing all loose and damaged plaster from the affected footing areas to expose the underlying concrete, allowing the extent of deterioration to be fully assessed. Clean the exposed concrete surface using a heavy metal wire brush and wash thoroughly with clean potable water to remove dust and debris. Once cleaned, develop a mechanical key by applying dry cement mortar over a semi-dry surface to ensure proper bonding with the new concrete. After surface preparation, proceed with reinforcement bar binding (excluded from this item), applying zinc chromate primer to all new reinforcement for corrosion protection, and fixing shear keys and cover blocks as per the structural design. Shuttering work (excluded from this item) shall be carried out in accordance with approved design drawings to ensure leak-proof and secure formwork. Concrete of M30 grade with a minimum cement content of 350 kg/m³ shall then be placed using either ready-mixed or site-batched concrete. The mix shall include coarse and fine aggregates from natural sources and approved admixtures conforming to IS:9103 to improve workability, durability, or control setting time as required. Concrete shall be placed, compacted, and finished as per Standard or as mentioned in approved vendor list or as mentioned in approved vendor list practices, excluding centering, shuttering, and reinforcement, and in accordance with the Engineer-in-Charge’s direction. After concreting, proper curing must be carried out for a minimum of three days to ensure optimal strength development and durability.

Column, Beam, and Slab Jacketing Work: Begin by breaking and removing all loose or damaged plaster around the affected structural areas to expose the extent of deterioration. Clean the exposed surface thoroughly using a heavy metal wire brush and wash it with clean potable water. Once cleaned, develop a mechanical key by applying dry cement mortar over a semi-dry surface to ensure proper bonding of the new material. After surface preparation, proceed with reinforcement bar binding (excluded from this item), ensuring that all new steel bars are coated with zinc chromate primer for corrosion protection, and install shear connectors as per structural design, maintaining appropriate cover with approved cover blocks. Shuttering work (excluded from this item) shall be carried out in accordance with the design drawings to ensure tight and secure formwork. Concreting shall be done using M30 grade concrete with a minimum cement content of 350 kg/m³, using either site-batched or ready-mix concrete, incorporating approved admixtures conforming to IS:9103 to enhance workability, durability, or setting time as needed. Concreting shall include mixing, transportation, placement, compaction, and finishing, excluding shuttering and reinforcement costs, and should be done as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. After concreting, proper curing shall be carried out for a minimum of three days to ensure strength development and durability, completing the work in all respects as directed.

MICRO CONCRETE JACKETING WORK FOR BEAM Providing and applying pre-packed, cementitious, shrinkage-compensated, flowable micro concrete of minimum M30 grade for structural repair and jacketing of RCC beams. The material shall be chloride-free, have flowable consistency without segregation, and achieve a minimum compressive strength of 30 MPa at 28 days. The work shall include: Removal of loose concrete and surface preparation. Cleaning of reinforcement and application of anti-corrosive coating (if required).Providing leak-proof formwork around the beam section. Mixing micro concrete with potable water as per manufacturer’s guidelines. Pouring or pumping the material without vibration. Curing for a minimum of 7 days using water or curing compound. Complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge#

Additional Reinforcement Work:Supplying, cutting, fabricating new reinforcement Fe500D for Jacketing, New RCC work and providing additional steel reinforcement to compensate corroded reinforcement in existing member etc. And fixing with old existing reinforcement, Open and remove all loose and deteriorated RCC concrete until sound concrete and intact reinforcement steel are exposed. Clean the old steel thoroughly using a wire brush to remove rust, scale, and debris, followed by washing with clean water. After drying, apply a coat of Rust-cone as an anti-corrosion treatment, and once dry, follow with a coat of zinc chromate primer to ensure long-term protection. Finally, clean the entire surface, including reinforcement, with clean water before placing any additional reinforcement or proceeding with further repair work. etc complete as directed by EIC

Rebarring Shear Connectors: Drilling holes into existing concrete structure for anchoring of new rebar with 10 mm dia. shear connectors at 0.30 Mt. c/c (or as per design recommendation) and fixing with anchor resin grout Lokfix P or Emfix or pure epoxy resin based cartridge form chemical anchor material or Master flow 935 of BASF or equivalent ,Drilling hole for diameter: 14-16 mm, Drilling hole for depth:300 mm including cleaning, cutting, fabricating, chemicals, material, labour, tools, temporary supports for structures, scaffolding, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all heights.

Hilti Rebar fixing steel: Drilling holes of 300mm depth into existing concrete substrate for anchoring of new rebar including cleaning, cutting, fabricating, chemicals, material, labour, tools, temporary supports for structures scaffolding, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge for all heights (for 10 to 20mm Dia of steel reinforcement).

Polymer Treatment : Remove all old and damaged plaster near the affected area before commencing structural repair work to accurately assess the extent of damage. Clean the exposed surface thoroughly using a heavy metal wire brush and rinse with clean potable water to eliminate dust and debris. Following surface preparation, apply a polymer treatment using an RBR-based bonding agent. This is carried out either manually or mechanically by pressing a mortar mix#comprising RBR, cement, and sand in the ratio specified by the project consultant# onto the surface to enhance adhesion and durability. After completing the plaster application, ensure proper curing by maintaining the surface in a moist condition for a minimum of three days to allow adequate strength development.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick Flush door shutters , including fixing 1 mm thick exterior lamination over it on both sides, peripheral 2 x 3 cm moulding patti with colour, with Stainless Steel hinges size - 4" x 1", dead lock with 4 key , SS handle size 30 cm Long, SS Tower Bolt (Stoper) size 20cm long, Door closers arrow type with spring 12 length as approved sample (30 cms), as per detail including one coat of primer and two coats of oil painting as and where required, pattern and design is to be approved by the Architect/EIC.

Providing Brick Bat Water Proofing treatment to floor and walls of water tank, w.c. & bath area, through approved agencies preparing floor and wall for water proofing work/ by chasing/cutting as per the companies requirement. Providing a layer of plaster with waterproofing compound / admixture about 25 mm thick in the floor / depression and about 18 mm on the sidewalls / depression upto the floor level. A fire rating of base material should be grade A, cloth grade B, flame retardant in light high strength metal frame with acoustic cloth/imagine spray painting, should be easily installable solution upto international E0 Standard or as mentioned in approved vendor list or as mentioned in approved vendor list, ecofriendly, flame retandant and moisture proof. including providing necessary openings for light fixtures, diffusers etc. are to be made as per lay out & as per directions of engineer # in # charge.
