Operation of Central DX type AC Plant of capacity 60TR (2 x 30 TR running and 1 x 30 TR Stand by) and 160 KVA DG set along with AMF Panel and control switches installed at Transmitting station Kalamassery (TSK) in 3 shifts starting from 0800 hrs to 1600hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs & 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs including Sunday & Holidays and including periodical services & general cleaning inside and surrounding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Operation of pump sets of 02 Nos 7.5 HP Chlorination Plant & HT/LT Panel Board and including filling underground reservoir and distributing water from underground reservoir by operating, main/branch sluice valve/gate valve near to various residential accommodation at Periyar Vihar Ambalapady and TSK pump house and a time fixed by Engineer-in-Charge in morning, afternoon and evening and including periodical services & General cleaning inside and outside (upto UG sump Area, Fencing Area) complete for 2 shifts from 0800 hrs to 1600hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs) at Periyar Vihar Ambalapady & TSK Pump House at NAD Alwaye.

Operation of operating pump sets of 04 Nos (12 HP, 15 HP, 20 HP & 30 HP) Bleaching Dozer, Gen Set 30 KVA & HT/LT Panel Board and including filling underground reservoir and distributing water from underground reservoir by operating, main/branch sluice valve/gate valve near to various residential accommodation at a time fixed by Engineer-in-Charge in morning, afternoon and including periodical services & General cleaning inside and outside (upto UG sump Area, Fencing Area) complete for 3 three shifts 0800 hrs to 1600hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs & 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs at Ayudha Vihar Colony Pump House at NAD Alwaye.

Operation of Central type AC Plant (Scroll chiller type) of capacity 104TR (2 x52 TR ) and control switches installed at P-100 Central AC Plant in one shift starting from 0900 hrs to 1700hrs, including Sunday & Holidays and including periodical services & General cleaning inside and surrounding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO 1 TO 4: - (1) General Cleaning, Lubrication, Greasing etc, as applicable and satisfactorily up keeping the installation and equipments, panels etc shall be the responsibility of the contractor. (2) One Trades Man shall be employed for each shift. Any other man power of helper shall be provided by the contractor as per site requirement. Rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (3) Attending all Electrical complaints, minor repair to LT Panel in the installation.

GST LIABILITY It is considered prudent to specify that the GST is included in the rates quoted against items of outsourcing as well as items of repairs/comprehensive maintenance to be paid separately under material and labour’ parts. MONTHLY WAGES Monthly wages shall be paid by the contractor to the workers/labour only online. Proof of statutory deductions in favour of workers/labour shall be submitted by the contractor to the Engineer in Charge along with RAR/Final Bill for verification. The contractor will be required to submit copy of valid labour licence from the Labour Commissioner within 15 days of commencement of the work BASIC RATE, EPF, ESIC, BONUS, OVER HEAD PROFIT, TAXES & LWC The bidder to quote basic rate, employer's contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) liability, contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution towards bonus, overhead and profit and labour welfare cess (LWC) separately, as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. This will create onus on the contractor to ascertain the relevant rates and quote accordingly. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, cess, and levies as applicable including GST as prevailing applicable law. Contractor shall be sole liable for the same.

Material & Labour for opening and dismantling compressor Voltas make, upto 30 TR capacity for repairing/maintenance and cleaning/servicing the serviceable parts, replacing gaskets, 'O' rings, spring, piston rings, oil seals, scraper reeds and minor spares and replacing the defective parts with new including flushing out entire system by providing pressure, reassembling and making perfect alignment with motor and testing the functions of the system complete all as directed. Note: Spares parts for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant items here-in-after.

Material & Labour for Removing the crank shaft and re-metalling, grinding and polishing including both end bearings for Voltas compressor upto 15 TR.

Taking out electric motor 3 phase after disconnecting electric connection from foundation transportation to workshop and return back to site, opening, cleaning, insulating, varnishing heating, backing and reassembling including replacing of both end bearing and connecting in position for 15 to 20 HP.

Overhauling of monoblock pump set including replacement of gland packing stud with nuts upto 3 to 7.5 HP.

Taking out CT fan motor including fan after disconnecting electric connection from foundation and opening removing burnt coils, cleaning and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of same gauge insulating, varnishing, heating backing and reassembling including replacing of both end bearings and connecting in position upto 3 HP, 3 Phase.

Supply and filling compressor oil Servo 68/Freezol.

Supply and charging MAFRON/FLORON gas.

Taking out complete air filters from AHU and cleaning removing dust and servicing and re fixing filters as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for replacement of both end bearing pillar cock including realignment of blower, greasing & cleaning etc, up to 15 TR.

Leak testing by providing nitrogen gas with required pressure locating the leak in the system and rectify the leaks and vacuumnising as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (gas filling shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply of nitrogen gas in filled/sealed returnable standard cylinder of 6 Kgs.

Material & Labour for insulation of duct wherever necessary with high density 50cm thick thermo coal/Mineral wool /Glass wool or any other improved version with chicken wire mesh and hessian cloth and over all cladding with aluminium foil of thickness 28 SWG inside the AHU and the duct should be totally protected from mouse/vermin etc, complete all as specified and directed.
