Procurement of Non ferric alum for RTPS

a) For Manufacturers:The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Non Ferric Alum to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs.73.13Lakhs (Rs.36.56Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 (2 year for Micro and small Enterprises i.e. 2024-25 & 2025-26).As a proof purchase order (PO) copies (Single/Multiple (max.3 )) for any one of the said financial year during which supplies are made shall be uploaded. b) For Authorised representatives/ dealers / Supplier: The intending bidder shall have successfully supplied Non Ferric Alum to any government sector/PSU/Major power plants/Reputed private sector major industries amounting to not less than Rs.27.42Lakhs in any one year of the preceding three financial years i.e. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.

The intending bidder shall be Manufacturer/ Authorized dealer/ Supplier of Non Ferric Alum. As a proof bidder shall upload valid registration certificate/dealership certificate issued by the Competent Authority/ relevant documents in e-portal.

The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should be not be less than Rs.91.41Lakhs (Rs.45.70Lakhs for Micro and small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years( last 2 preceding financial years respect to Micro and small Enterprises) ending on the relevant financial year(2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25).As a proof the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Annual turnover certificate/Profit & Loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.
