   1. IRS conditions of contract with latest amendment will be applicable. 2. Acceptance for stock having shelf life less than 80 % is subject to a letter of undertaking from firm for replacement of unused stock free of cost with fresh stock. 3. Medical stores supplied to Railway units should have a stamp or imprint stating for Railway use only and not for Sale on strips of Tablets or sealed bottles etc. as the case be. 4. Drugs / products of human origin should have a certification stating Free from HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C e.g. Immunoglobulin, Human albumin etc. 5. The material may also be subject to test in Railway/Govt./Govt. recognized Laboratory on random basis or whenever found necessary by the concerned consignee. 6. Drug Analysis Report of each batch of the drug should be submitted along with supply.
