RBR-STCL-15 ; Dismantling of Existing cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials seperately including all hire & operational charges of T&P, labour charges, all taxes, complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD/MORTH.

RBR-FNDN-1- (I-B-i) - In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, c removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by mechanical means.

Filling with Crushed stone sand / Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-3-5 Using Concrete mixture Plain Cement concrete nominal mix (1:5:10) prop (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc. to site, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-3-12-(29) Using Concrete mixture up to Plinth Level : Plain Cement concrete (M 15) Nominal Mix 1:2.5:5 (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 40, 20 & 10mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , seigniorage charges on all materials, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-3-12-(29) Using Concrete mixture up to Plinth Level : Plain Cement concrete (M 15) Nominal Mix 1:2.5:5 (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 40, 20 & 10mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , seigniorage charges on all materials, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

RBR-FNDN-4 C (i): Providing R.C.C grade M 20 (Nominal Mix) concrete using 20 mm Graded Metal (MORD) for structures using 20 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH.

BLD-CSTN-4-1-(34) :BLD-Amendment Sl No. 5: Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 500/550/550D) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including all charges on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Carting of surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 5kms from the site to a distance suitable including loading, unloading charges, cost & conveyance, dumping, labour charges, all leads & lifts and other incidental and operational charges etc., complete.
