Part fabrication involving fixing of web stiffners, shear connectors,form work & gusset plates to 36 Nos. of already fabricated I-section steel girders each weighing 11.66 MT including unloading from trailor, handling during fabrication & loading the same to corporation trailor after part fabrication and fabrication of 48 Nos. cross girders as per drawings and direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Sand blasting, cleaning & painting of 36 Nos.steel girders,48 Nos. cross girders and bracing angles etc. The averege surface roughness after sand blasting should not exceed 40 Microns. Sandblasting process shoud be done conforming to IS:14177(Part-1):1971. After blast cleaning, the surface should be cleaned from loose dust and debris by air blast with help of blower. Over the prepared surfaces,two coats of Micacious Iron Oxide primer should be applied to give a total dry film thickness of 70 ± 5 microns. Over MIO primer, 02(Two) coats of enamel paints applied at an interval of 24 hours. Each coat should give a minimum dry film thickness of 150 ±5 microns. The total dry film thickness of all coats including primer coat should not be less than 350 ±5 microns as per IS:14177:1994 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Erection of 36 Nos. steel girders,48 Nos. cross girders, bracing angles including form work for deck slab casting in 12 Nos bays as per drawings and direction of Engineer- in- charge.

Dismantling of form work including MS angles, channels, ply etc. after casting of deck slab as per drawings and direction of Engineer in charge.
