Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600mm x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level ) with top edge plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of size 25x4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and washers of galvanized iron earth lead including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, RCC cover made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with TMT steel bars 8 mm dia @150 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle and angle iron 40x40x5mm frame, GI medium grade watering pipe 20mm bore and funnel with wire mesh light grade protection pipe 40mm bore up to main board complete as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part-I) and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and as directed. Supply, laying, testing and commisioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty 3.5 core electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sqmm, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed Note :- Excavation and earth work, GI pipe, brick and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty 3.5 core electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 150 sqmm, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed Note :- Excavation and earth work, GI pipe, brick and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, laying, testing and commisioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty 3.5 core electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sqmm, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed Note :- Excavation and earth work, GI pipe, brick and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches in soft or loose soil not exceeding 1.5 Meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 Meter deep in any type of soil including cutting in slopes etc for laying of pipe line including getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after the cable ,punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and Laying brick covering with width equal to length of brick as mechanicalprotection to cable using sub class `B' bricks laid flat size 230x115x75 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft / loose soil not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance up to 50 Meter from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above as directed

Material and labour for repair/replacement of High galvanized mast light suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with luminaire mounting arm, pully assembly and aviation obstruction light suitable for 15 to 30 mtr high setup, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor shall ensure that following works to be executed under this Job : (a) Replacement of pulley assembly including all the gear mechanism for smooth hoisting up and hoisting down of trolley on which high mast lights are mounted. (b) Replacement of stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 gauge. (c) Replacement of 6 Nos high mast lights over lumainre mounting arm at a height between 15 to 30 mtrs. (d) Safety equipments to be provided to the wokers by the contractors for the safe execution of the whole work. (e) Rewinding of hoisting motor of capacity 0.5 Hp.

Supply and fixing water level monitor device developed on latest technology, which receive the signal from MICROSWITCH SYSTEM transreceiver and send through GPRS enabled SIM to central tower via cell phone tower, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ABC type fire extinguisher 6 kg capacity as per BIS 15683 test pressure 35 kgf/sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
