M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removal serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Non-skid ceramic tiles of dark shade 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 for laying tiles/kota stone in skirtings, dados, risers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut in flooring/skirting/dado laidover cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding,including half round edges and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying kota stone/granite in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface in any description etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brickwork in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth on ceiling and concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete,over a coat of primer over 1mm thick wall care putty as recommended by the manufacturer on wall surfaces including rubbing with emery paper to make wall surface smooth and even.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
