Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical Volute sludge press dewatering system (for 3.55 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant) made of SS 304 grade material and designed for 100% trouble free operation all the times consisting of SLUDGE FLOW CONTROL TANK, FLOCCULATION UNIT, VOLUTE CYLINDER (screw, plates) , including necessary piping, Control panel with protections, control valves alongwith electrical cable, connections with existing system etc Complete job as per specifications including all taxes, transportation, freight charges , inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to site, storage, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications, technical data Sheets and instruction of Engineer in charge including trial run of two months (60 days). All TANKS & HARDWARE shall essentially be complete in SS 304. It shall be designed to condition & dewater the sludge within the same unit so that the dried sludge cake can be obtained from the outlet. Flocculator tank in SS 304 of suitable capacity shall be an integral part of the machine to mix the sludge & polymer which condition the sludge before it enters into dewatering Zone. The work also includes operation and maintenance of the system for a period of six months after the trial run period. During this period the bidder shall impart training to the operator of the department or any person deployed by the department w.r.t. operation and maintenance of the system.
