Comprehensive maintenance including changing of engine oil ,oil filters ,Diesel filters,air cleaner elements,radiator coolent ,fan belt of suitable size,distelled water cleaning of battery terminals, checking of electrical connection,tightening of nut and bolts as required of DG set of capacity 30/40 KVA for its smooth and efficient functioning complete all as specified as directed. Note applicable for Item No 1 to 10:- (i) Rate of Engine oil, coolant and distilled water will be paid seprately. However rates for all kind of filter is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) All DG Sets are Make of Kirloskar or Commins or Crompton Greaves from Item No 1 to 10 here-in-after.

S&F in repair over flow pipe for 400/500 KVA DG Set

Dismantling of radiator water tank assembly ,checking of leakage, cleaning throughly suitable method after that welding of leakage area ,puutti, painting and reassembling whole unit, complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for repairing of 320 KVA DG set at Power house by replacing of Main bearing oil seal after opening the alternator from the engine and refixing after changing of oil seal bearing complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for repairing of AMF panel inside the S/S at Dhobhighat by replacement of old control wiring, MCB, start stop relay DG timer relay , changing contactor coil,LVM ,934 EMS controller cleaning of carbon at cable end and with new fabrication work on panel complete all as specified as directed.

S&F in relacement of alternator diaode, diaode plate AVR for 125 KVA DG set at old tech flt by opening of alternator cover, dismantling of LT cable and refixing the same,complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for repairing the armature with new SWG wire of the required gauge by replacing of old u/s copper wire ,winding the field coil complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for repairing by opening of field coil 4 No each consisting old 8.5 KG SWG wire , winding the field coil of the required SWG wire , varnishing, sleeving, heattreatment and reassembling the same complete all as specified as directed.

Dismantling the radiator and water pump assembly from DG set of any capacity after removing hose pipe connection, nut, bolts etc and taking out the same to civil workshop for repair and descaling of radiator using descaling chemical etc as approved by Engr-In-Charge to remove mud/deposit on fins and copper tubes including bracing of copper tubes, replacement of cover etc complete all as specified as directed. for DG Set of following capacity and re-fixing after replacement of unserviceable hose pipes and clamps of Capacity 62.5 / 63 / 87.5/110 KVA.
