skilled / semi skilled man power of Security Service at

Notified Area Ankleshwar round the clock (3

shift) as per Below Discription. Full uniform

required for Security staff will be Provided by the

contractor (i.e. 2 pairs dresses, 1 pair safety shoes,

badges, caps and belts to his staff essential and suitable

for performing job). Necessary Insurance charges

statutory provision, EPF, Medical, Bonus, W.C. Policy,

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), pay leave (PL),

Public Holiday (PH), weekly Off, shall be borne by the

agency. The agency has to work as per instruction of

Engineer- in-charge / Officer in charge of Notified

Area Authority as per specification given in

Technical Bid. Service Charge of Security Agency

statutory provision, Medical, Bonus, W.C.

Policy, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), pay

leave (PL), Public Holiday(PH), weekly Off with

Uniform, Shoes, Belt, Cap, Whistle, Lathi, Raincot, Photo

ID Card, Tourch.Agnecy have strickly provide all

statutory provision like EPF, ESIC, Salary on Bank

transfer, Bonus, Pay Leave ETC per month with all

required document and then after bill process by

the department if not submitted as per rules payment

will be made accordingly. The biometric attendance

/ machine shall be procured and maintained

Important Note:-

1. The rates offered shall be inclusive of all applicable (1% LWC, ESIC, PF, Bonous, and Leave, Pay leave,

Public Holiday, Weekly off, insurance, medical Insurance etc. at Ankleshwar Notified Area.)

The bidder is required to offer their bids at the rate EXCLUSIVE of GST.

GST shall be payable as applicable to Notified Area, Authority, Ankleshwar (a local authority), for the

particular nature of work, as per prevailing CGST rules. Decision of the board of trustees – Notified

Area, Authority, Ankleshwar with respect to nature of work for GST purposes shall be final

and no dispute thereunder shall be entertained.

2. This is an O&M work, the agency has to operate & maintain the system round the clock as per instructions of

engineer-in-charge during the contract period. Hence during the contract period the wages & facilities to be

provided to the staff engaged by the agency as per labour laws & accordingly rate may please be quoted. The min

wages are revised by the labour commissioner from time to time such revises rates will be binding and

applicable to the NAO and agency. If minimum wages increase after finalaize and issued work order for this

tendar and then after different of minimum wages payble extra on quoted rate.

3. Please note that the agency, in whose favor the tender is finalized by the competent authority, should have to

submit the document like Invoice, Delivery Chalan etc., of the manufacturer at the time of supply of the material.

4. I / We have read the conditions mentioned in this tender & agree to abide by the same.

5. The Agency in whose favor, the tender is finalized shall have to enter into agreement with N.A.A. in

B-1 form, if the agency desired to study, the same is available in the office Notified Area Officer, GIDC,

Ankleshwar on any working days during working hours.

6. The quantity mentioned in the Schedule–B may vary either increase or decrease, for which agency shall

have no right to claim for the amount due to saving in quantity during the execution.

7. 1% LWC will be deducted from every bill and deposited to the LWC and this amount is included in

the rates so agency has to offer their rates accordingly.

8. Agency has to furnish/submit the challan of GST/ ESI / Professional Tax / PF to Govt. as per Norms for each

month. If the challan is not submitted by agency, GST/ ESI / Professional Tax / PF shall be deducted from

RA Bill payable amount of agency. For same not any extra payment shall be pay by department.

9. The contract period is for one year & shall be extended for another 12 months on mutually agreement.
