Supply /replacement of Rubberized Coir Mattresses and Fiber Pillows to Various cottages/ Rest houses i.e., Varahaswamy rest house -I & II,RBRH-I ,II & III,SNC,SMC ,Sudarshan 1st NC at Tirumala through DPW Stores, Tirupati.

Supply of Rubberised coir mattresses of overall size of 1920 x 915 x 100 mm with Sandwich Technology with 25 mm thick top layer of polyurethane foam with 28 Density as per ISI Standards and 2ndlayer is 24 mm Rubberised coir sheet of Extra firm (80-99 Density) made with Needle felt Technology. The 3rd layer is 28 mm Carbon foam with 28 Density as per ISI Standards. The 4th layer is again 24 mm Rubberised coir sheet of Extra firm (80-99 Density) made with Needle felt Technology. All these 4 layers are to be covered with Baniyan Cloth of 110 gsm, all sides. And the total mattresses should be covered with State Transport Rexine Cover. The coir mattresses should be standard and approved make best quality confirming to IS: 8391/1987 with ISI mark and the density of coir should meet firm Grade standards. The weight of coir mattresses should be of 10.98 kgs minimum and 12.58 Kgs maximum etc.,complete as directed by the department. Each coir mattresses should be printed "TTD", month and year of supply on outer Rexine cover and should be identical.

Note: State Transport Rexine cover should be with respect to the following standards. Colour: Blue/Green. Base Fabric: Synthetic blend white/ blue/black base. Appearance as per IS:1259 shall have uniform surface finish, flexible & free from moulding defects such as blisters, bubbles,pinholes,creases or streaks and shall be reasonably free from foreign matter. The edges shall be smooth and free from cuts.Thickness as per IS: 7016 is 0.30mm and above. Weight of finished fabric is 400 gm/sqm.Breakingstrength:warp-50kgf, weft40kgf,adhesion of coating as per IS:1259. The piles shall not be separated under load of 2.75 Kg. Gelling test as per IS: 8698 shall not show any sign of cracks. Resistance to heat and loss of Mass of coating on Heating as per IS: 1259 shall not show sign of exudation or stickiness. The loss of mass shall be not greater than 4 percent. The finished mattresses should withstand ILD test & Rollator test. The mattresses are to be provided in various rooms at tirumala including conveyance and placing at site as directed by the department.The rate is Excluding GST.
