Supply, fix, commissioning and testing of centrifugal multistage pumpset horizontal type, suction / delivery -65x50mm, discharge capacity-46 cum/hr, 250 mtr head, mechanical seal arrangement including 3-phase energy efficient squirrel cage induction motor as prime mover, 415 V, S1 duty rating, energy efficiency level -IE 3, in terms of IEC 60034-30:2008 & IS 12615 :2011(with subseqent amendments), ISI Marked capacity not less than 75 HP (55 KW) 3000/2900RPM ,fixed to pump through jaw type coupling with pump, having impellor of phosphorous bronze and shaft of carbon steel complete, including PCC foundation complete all as specified by manufacturer, base frame and cable connection after removing the existing defective Pump and foundation complete all as specified and as directed. Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable non return valves of cast iron and supply,install, testing and commissioning of heavy duty cast iron non return valve PN 1.6 confirming IS 5312-1 (2004) ISI marked , flanged end of 100 mm dia alongwith fixing accessories such as suitable size nut, bolts and washer and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and taking down the existing unserviceable foot valve and supply, fixing, testing and commissioning cast iron foot valve of 100mm dia flanged end type confirming to IS:4038 alongwith fixing accessories such as suitable size nut, bolts, washer & rubber gasket complete all as per site requirement all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and taking down the existing sluice valve and Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of cast iron sluice valve heavy duty flanged end, 100 mm dia PN 1.6 confirming to IS 14846: 2000 ISI marked with Stainless steel spindle with nuts ,bolts, washers and rubber gasket complete required at site complete all as specified and directed. Supplying, laying, commisioning and testing in repair of 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured aluminum stranded conductor LT UG cable ( Conforming to IS 7098) ISI marked in trenches / ducts / through GI pipes under roads of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specifed and directed. Note:- The earth work, GI pipe shall be measured and paid sepretely under appropriate item of Sch A

Supply, laying & testing of PVC insulated unarmered and unsheathed single core copper conductor flexible cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to underground cable provided with a layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable including hand punning and consolidating complete all as specified and directed. Note:- for payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe Light Grade of 80mm bore including dismentling/ cutting chasing in floor/wall nexc 15 cm width or girth and making good floor/wall in CM 1:3 & finishing the surface as per existing complete all as specified & directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- The pipe shall be properly grouted on walls/floor as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

M& L, for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground not less than 2.5 mtr below groud level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, with fair finish, inetrnal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm X 300mm , 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320 x 320 x 80 mm size (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, adequate quantity of common salt, charcoal etc all, as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified incuding and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtr long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, Medium grade, including all excavation and earthn work and connecting the earth strip to an earthing test point/panel including testing on completion complete alll as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note:-(1) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC (1:2:4) type B1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighting not less than 4 Kg/Sqm in lieu of CI cover (2) Cost of addtional GI strip more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item
