Excavating over areas exc 1.5 M deep and not exceeding 3.0M and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material and depositing the material at a distance outside dockyard premisies complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of guage n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 CM thk,watered and rammed to a true surface with brocken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graed crushed stone aggregate as in foundation fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams bases for columns, etc basement slabs, and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M 30 design mix in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M 30 design mix in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M 30 design mix in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annelled) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length , bent to shape required, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annelled) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Form work to side of foundation, footing bases of columns raft and raft beams etc for fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compund conforming to IS and as approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three Coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls over one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and directed.
