Earth work in Hill Road (Hill Side Cutting): Excavation in Hilly area for Construction of road in all types of Soils, Rocks and E&B etc. as met at site, true to lines as per Plan, L-Section, Cross Slope, Super Elevation as required, also including Uprooting & Cutting of Bushes, Dressing of Road surface to the required level and slopes with all Lifts & Leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in Drawings by Mechanical means / Manual means and including construction of required coolie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mtr with the stone available from the required hill side cutting for retaining the muck, , without otherwise damaging the Forest, Forest Land, Utilities, Private and Public Properties, including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mention above for safe disposal of surplus of excavated material) till the completion of the work as per Part II special condition of contract. Providing laying and rolling of cold mixed open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregates using penetration grade Catonic Bitumen Emulsion (Medium Setting MS Grade complying with IS:8887) to required line, grade and levelto serve as wearing cousre on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per MORD Specification clause 506.2

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point, end point and at every 1 Km distance of road length as per standard drawing duly painted and written and as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing fixing of Title Information Board with PMGSY Logo at suitable place in the starting of the road as per standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Semi Reflective Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 (600 mm)

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 x 450 x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701 .
