Strengthening the Sathanur Road in Maruthandakurichi Panchayat Km 0/0-1/300,Andhanallur Block.pkg04 Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Collection and supply and laying of U.S.gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete.Km 0/0-1/0

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in Subbase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete 25mm which shall consists of construction of a single course binder /wearing corse on a previosly prepared Bituminous base to the requirements of the specification using 60/70 grade bitumen as per MorRTH specificaton CI.508.

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing Kilo Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Provision For 60cm Equilateral triangle cautionary Sign board

Provision For 60cm Circle cautionary Sign board

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD RIDF 26-27 including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work

For the Fourth Year from the date of completion of work

For the Fifth Year from the date of completion of work
