Materials and Labour for 300 mm bore, centrifugally cast (spun) ductile iron pressure pipes for water mains, with spigot and socketed ends, class K9, ISI Marked [IS 8329:2000 (Reaffirmed 2005)], in any length, jointed by push-on flexible joints with rubber gaskets conforming to IS 5382, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying ductile iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs, ISI Marked [IS 9523 :2000 (Reaffirmed 2005)], suitable for bore of pipe up to 300 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 300 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, CI wheel, ISI Marked IS 14846-2000(Reviewed in : 2020)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 250 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle,CI wheel,ISI Marked [IS 14846-2000(Reviewed in : 2020)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron double flanged, sluice valve, size 150 mm bore, Class PN 1.6, long body type, with brass spindle, CI wheel, ISI Marked [IS 14846-2000(Reviewed in : 2020)], including provision of carbon steel nuts, bolts & washers, rubber gaskets etc., fixed to water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix, integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with UV stabilized polycarbonate enclosure, degree of protection IP 65, specifications conforming to ICAO Annex-14, Type - A, complete all as specified and directed. [Model ‘LEDWATCH - 230V GLN- 703', Product Code 'DELTA' of Make ‘Crompton Greaves' or equivalent Model of Make 'Philips’/’Bajaj’]

Taking down carefully existing sluice valve of size 200mm/250 mm/300 mm from existing pipe line for connecting the new pipe line to existing pipe line upto the OHT including refixing the existing sluice valve in new pipe line,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pipes and fittings for interconnection of existing pipe line to new pipe line upto OHT will be measured and paid seperately.

Materials and Labour for constructions of brick masonry valve pit,of size 1200 mm (L) X 1200 mm (B) X 1200 mm (D) [internal dimensions] 230 mm thick brick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, 15 mm thick rendering internally, externally up to 15 centimetre below GL provision of valve pit cover made out of 3 mm thick MS plate welded with 40 x 5 mm thick FI frame all round including provision of hinges, handles, locking arrangement, ISA 40 x 40x 5 mm frame, fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Block size 230 X 200 X 100 mm) including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and necessary earth work in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and directed.
