OUTDOOR UNITS :SITC of VRF/ VRV System - Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow / Variable Refrigerant Volume modular type air-conditioning system suitable of all weather proof for COOLING with variable frequency drive based technology, having all hermetically sealed inverter type scroll Compressor, comprising of one or more variable output compressor moduels,condenser coil & fins provided with special anti- corrosive treatment, necessary accessories for oil separation, moisture removal, flow control,interconnecting pipping, condenser air fan,electrical and microprocessor based controller,interconnecting cabling, all housed inside a weather-proof cabinet suitable for exposed installation on terrace. the panel must be 100% compatible with BMS. The unit/s provided with self-addressable control system for control of indoor & other outdoor machines. The capacity & power consumption curves deration / correction factor curves / charts for indoor temperature and piping derations must be submitted with offer, along with duly filled up datasheet in the attached format.And top discharge type condensing unit(s) with R-410 A / Eco-friendly refrigerant, vibration isolators, with suitable foundation etc. complete as required. The ODU unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 50 Deg C ambient temperature without tripping . ODU unit shall be fitted with low noise propeller type aero spiral fan, condenser coil, refrigerant shut off valves, safety devices, including ODU Refnet , etc. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400 V +/- 10% , 3 phase, 50 Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The combination of ODUs should be in a way to achieve more than 3.6 COP at 100% capacity, and maximum 3 ODU / compressor models. ODU unit shall be equipped with an oil recovery sytem to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. Condensing unit shall be modular type , designed as per Indian atmospheric conditions and should be capable to perform for Outside Ambient temperarture 52 Deg. C. Test certificates for VRF/VRV equipments shall be submitted. Total required Cooling Capacity of AC system for Building - 288 HP . ODU's should be installed on the Terrace of the Bldg. . NOTE :- (i) AC System should deliver its 100% Cooling capacity at 43 Deg C ( ambient temp.) (ii) AC System shall be provisioned such that, even if the power supply to any Indoor unit (IDU) is cut-off , the rest of the AC system shall be able to to continue to function normally.

INDOOR UNITS ( Ceiling suspended Cassette type AC): Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of following capacity 4-way flow - VRF/VRF based - ceiling mounted Cassette type Indoor unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/dynamically balanced blower, multispeed motor, coil section with DX Copper coil, electronic expansion valve , outer cabinet , high lift drain pump, fresh intake provision , shall have four way supply air grills on sides & return air girll in center , cord less remote control with LCD display for controlling the indoor unit, display, addressable panel, required refnet joints,Cordless remotes for Indoor units with sensor kit. etc. complete as required suitable for operation on Single Phase, 230 Volts, +/- 10%, 50 Hz. AC supply, complete as required. The IDU shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on recieving signal from BMS system . The Cooling capacity of Indoor Unit will be at air inlet condition of 27 Degree C DB and 19 Degree C WB temperature. NOTE : Each Cassette type AC (IDU) Unit shall be provided with Corded remote controller with LCD display and cordless remote controller.

LOW SIDE WORKS FOR VRF SYSTEM: Installation & N2 Pressure Testing of following capacity of VRV/VRF outdoor unit (ODU) complete with hermetic SCROLL compressor, heat exchanger, inverter controller, multi step function to meet load fluctuation, axial flow quiet operation condenser fans, MS support stand with black paint, starter panel, microprocessor based control panel, modular type construction, safety devices, controls, fault alarm indications, memory storage, hydrophilic coated condenser coil with copper tube and copper header, condenser guard, fan guard, CRC coated outer casing, vibration isolators, compressor jacket; as per the specification. Isolater / MCCB in IP55 enclosure near each ODU with armoured copper conductor cabling with end termination from Switch to ODU provided by the electrical department.During any fault / Breakdown in the control wiring circuit or communication from IDU to ODU, The system must work as a standard DX system shutting off of complete system during communication breakdown IDU to ODU not acceptable.

SITC of 25 mm thick Class "O" Closed cell nitrile rubber insulation for UNDER DECK THERMAL INSULATION for exposed roof. Slab to cleaned and adhesive shall be applied on the roof and on the insulatilon . Insulation shall be stuck to roof firmly. Flat clamps, L clamps, etc. sall be used at the edges corners, etc. to ensure the insulation firmly stuck to roof. GI Clampings shall be fixed to the room with screws.
