BILL OF QUANTITIES PREAMBLE
The bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tender, Part - I Technical cum Eligibility bid document, Part - II Financial Bid Document, Inventory List, Tender Packages, Any other document( addendum/corrigendum) uploaded subsequently etc.
Schedule ‘A’ consists of Total Price of Management
Schedule 'B' Total Price of Man Power based on minimum wages
Schedule 'C' consists of Total Price of Comprehensive annual maintenance contract (5 years)
The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities of Schedule ‘A’ 'B' & 'C' are for completed and finished items of works and complete in all respect.
Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (Rs.) only. Tenderers are required to quote percentage (%) above/below/at par in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 Sheet for Schedules A and C. Further, for schedule B,Tenderers are required to quote percentage (%) above in figures in the appropriate highlighted cells in the BoQ1 Sheet.
If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any item, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non- responsive and shall be rejected.
Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions.
The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against BOQ amount given in Schedule ‘A’ 'B' & 'C in BoQ1 sheet. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.
The work executed against all the BOQ items in Schedule ‘A’ 'B' & 'C'as detailed in tender document would be paid on measurement basis.
The contractor may raise their “On Account” payments on monthly basis as per the status of work on the last day of the respective month.

Additional Note:
1. Rate to be quoted keeping in view of Minimum manpower with qualification/Experience to be deployed
2. In above Schedule 'B' of BOQ ,in additon to above given wage related expenditures i.e minimum wages, PF,ESI, Bonus all other allied,iimplied & all statutory requirements shall be complied by contractor and all such expenditures are deemed to be considered & included in 'profit percantage' quoted .
3. Profit Percentage for schedule 'B'of BOQ shall be quoted only in positive values. Negative Values are not allowed / accepted.
4. Bonus component shall be paid after submission of proof of payment done as per payment of Bonus Act, 1965.
Schedule C. BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ)- Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts
Annual Comprehensive maintenance through OEM of nine (9) passenger lifts which include routine, preventive and break down maintenance including repair/replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and waranttee & guaranttee of repaired/replaced items during the AMC period. (The AMC shall include lift car lights, cabin/cross flow fan, intercom system and ARD system with batteries)(As per the frequency, specifications and detailed scope provided in NIT)
