BLD-CSTN-2-11 - (Amendment as per SOR 2021-22) - Earth work excavation in hard rock (blasting prohibited) (Using Hydraulic Excavator with breaker attachment) using hydraulic brakers for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc. complete for finished item of work excluding seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc as per SS - 20 B (APSS 308) as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including diversion of traffic and disposal of rock upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete

BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of the M-20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site . including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding seignorage charges, cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for PLINTH, PEDESTALS and FOOTINGS. ( Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 350Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 350 Kgs/ Cum the defference in cost shall be deducted)Footings

BLD-CSTN-5-4-(42): Brick Masonary 2nd Class Ground moulded or traditional size 23x11x7 cm in Cement Mortor 1:6 Prop including Cost & conveyance of all Materials like Cement, Sand, Bricks, Water, etc., to site including all labour charges like mixing Cement Mortor, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

BLD-CSTN-8-9-(84) : Plastering 20mm thick two coats with base coat of 16mm thick in C.M. (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in C.M. (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost & conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, etc., to site, all operational, including charges, labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing , including cutting grooves where ever necessary etc., complete for finished item of work of uneven surfaces of walls.
