Constructing masonry Chamber 90x90x100 cm, inside with 75 class designation brick work in cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 corase sand ) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100x100x75 mm with hinge cover fixedin RCC slab 1:2:4 cement sand and 20mm grit necessary excavation foundation concrete 1:5:10 and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 .12mm thick finished with floating coat of neat cement chambers as per type design including supply of all materials labour T&P etc complete

Building Works

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay and sand) including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto to 50 m refilling, watering and remaining of excavated earth into trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenche

Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Concrete with 4 cm gauge stone ballast, local sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 in superstructure, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

First class brick work in 1:6 cement and local sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work.

40 mm thick damp proof course with cement and approved coarse sand & 12.5mm stone grit1:2:4 including 5% water proofing materials, or as specified by manufacturers, supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work including curing.

Providing and fixing T iron frames for door, windows, and ventilators of MS tee section, joints mitered and welded with 15x3mm lugs 10cm long embeded in cement concrete block 15x10x10cm in 1:3:6 and applying primer coat of approved steel primer.

Centering and shuttering including strutting,roping and removal of forms of roof

RCC with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:2:4 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 0.50 mm thick binding wire in position and necessary shape.

Mild steel or iron work in RCC work wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work including supply of steel and wastage etc.

Providing and fixing MS round square bars with MS flat at required spacing in wooden frames/MS frames

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand )

12 mm thick plaster with cement & local sand mortar in 1:6 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 10 mm including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work.

Same as above item no. 14 but in proportion 1:4 with cement and local sand mortar over ceiling with a floating coat of neat cement

Same as above item No. 14 but in proportion 1:4 but rough cast finished with cement and local sand mortar.

Raised and cut pointing with cement and coarse sand mortar in 1:2 on brick work including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion the work.

40 mm thick 1:2:4 P.C.C. floor with cement and coarse sand & 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement and 7.5 cm thick base concrete consisting of cement and local sand and 1st class brick .

Extra for supply & fixing of 4 mm thick and 40 mm wide glass strips.

Supply & fixing 3.5 cm thick factory made PVC paneled door shutters, including supply and fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, handles and springs and other fittings.

Supply & fixing 4 mm thick plain glass in windows including supply of nails and putty etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing oxidized iron fittings of approved make in door and window shutters.

Painting or varnishing of new iron or wood work with one coat of priming and two coasts of approved paint and varnish including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

White washing three coats including supply of all materials labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing exterior walls with Acrilic smooth exterior paint two or more coat including priming coat of exterior primer

Provide and fix RCC Jalies of 30 cm × 45 cm size including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of girder of 250 mm × 125 mm size 15 m, over the pump house including its painting with approved paint and also one coat of primer.

Drip course in 1:6 cement and local sand mortar on projected work including plastering cutting drip notch as required and supply all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the construction of 150 mm dia. Semi circular drain.

Fixing of 3.6m wide M.S. gate with wicket gate including fabrication and supply of steel and construction of boundary pillars etc. all complete.

Construction of B.O.E. approach road including preparation of subgrade.

Earth filling in campus including cost of eath etc complete.

G I Baebed Wire Fencing 0.6 Meter High Providing and fixing on 1.0 angle iron post.

Supply and fixing of 1.0 m angle iron post size 60x60x6 mm

Reinforcedcement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars of standard design 2.5 m apart fixed in posision including finishing and lettering but excluding painting.

Over Head Tank

Supply of all materials, T&P etc.and construct an RCC over head tank of 110 KL Cap. & 18 m staging with RCC staircase & 1 m wide balcony, G.I. pipes railing consisting of 3 rows of 20 mm dia. G.I. pipe and angle iron posts around balcony & at the Top dome periphery, M.S. ladder from balcony to top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. cover with locking device, 1.2m dia ventilator, lightening conductor, water level indicator, supply and fixing of pipes, GI D/F pipes, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC column 40mm PCC 1:2:4 over 80 mm PCC 1:4:8 in apron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20 m length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements, two coats of apex paint and testing of tank for water tightness and also excluding cost of supply and fixing of all necessary pipes and valves etc. all complete with inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes with bypass arrangement and necessary fittings and specials and testing of bearing capacity.The bearing capacity of the soil is to be taken as 8 + M.T. / Sqm.
