Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pumping unit using Load carrier auto, minivan or similar vehicle from site to workshop or from workshop to site after carrying out necessary repairs

Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump unit (all types) by way of: Disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.

Cleaning of bowl assembly components of horizontal pumping unit throughly with K-oil & wire brush for inspection of damages if any.

Rebuilding of bearing seats and then machining to the required size for proper fitment of bearings.

Re-metalling/Re-building of pump shaft by way of welding its worn out/damaged portion using M.S electrodes by an arc welding method, finishing the welded portion to proper size/shape as per sample by turning the shaft on lathe by engaging a skilled operator. Job also includes providing and fitting of M.S check nut as per sample.

Providing and fitting of new bearing 6309 (make ZKL/ARB/NBC)

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS Sleeve checknut as per sample available.

Fabrication, turning, finishing and fitting of Stainless steel-410 shaft sleeve as per old sample.

Fabrication, Providing and fitting of MS Gland as per old sample.

Providing of AP3 Grease (Preferred makes: Castrol/ HPCL/ Indian oil/ BPCL/ Caltex)

Providing and fitting of assorted size nuts and bolts to pump housing

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump (all types) after cleaning of all parts throughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Mechanical transportation of old damaged parts to divisional store using Private car, auto-rickshaw or similar

E/W in excavation of Trench by manual means in trenches for foundations, drians, pipes, cables, etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m , including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed. (The Trench shall be of size 4 feet in length, 2 feet in depth and 2 feet in width at multiple spots. The proper excavation of earth is required at all the sites where the damaged portion of the pipe is covered by earth and also the welder needs enough soace for carrying out welding of the damaged portion of the pipe.

Repairs to 200mm dia rising main at various leaking spots (06 no.) by way of gas cutting of the worn out portion of the MS pipes using oxy acetylene gas cutting equipment and then providing and fitting of new MS strips if required using electric arc welding. The Job includes mobilisation and transportation of all tools, tackles, skilled technician required for completion of the Job.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in Trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating layer by ramming and watering, lead as per site and lift upto 1.5m. The refilling of the excavated earth is to be done after carrying out the welding of the leaking spots.

Providing and fitting of 100mm dia C.I Sluice valve (PN1.0) by way of replacing the damaged sluice valve. The job includes providing and fitting of Gaskets and assorted size nuts and bolts.
