Demolition of unreinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 400mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT MS bars of 5mm dia and upto 10mm dia as in stirrups and spacers cut to lengh bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending spirally for hooking for column and binding with MS annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated hard/ dense soil material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm gradd aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar ( 1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement lime or cement mortar plastering on lathing (other than wire-netting), without removing lathing, in lime mortar (one side only measured in cases where both sides are plastered) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces/ Pre-cast concrete block masonary and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of 1st grade quality, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted plastered surface of walls by washing, rubbing down & stopping by vacuum based sanding machine and applying one coat of cement base paint of 1st grade quality, by auto roller machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description by cutting or without damage of structure not otherwise provided for all complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of concertina coil of any type or size complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each line wire to be measured.

M&L for preparation of newly or untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire barbed with 2.24 mm dia bars at 75 mm specing and straining & fitting to any type of standard rails straning bolts, including securing or tving at crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc including remove u/s wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each line of steel barbed wire to be measured.

S&F of mild steel galvanised punched type concertina coil of loop dia 600 mm dia (dia of coil with unstretched) and fixed to angle iron with and including of 2.60 mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: one coil weighing approxmately 7 to 8 Kg shall not be stretched more than 6-7 RM span.

S & F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, including ashlar facings, dressed stonework, PCC block masonary and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

MM&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls ,ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick comprising first coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second coat of 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in second coat only on fair face of on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick-work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperatly.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 06 to 08 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 300mm bore (Salt glazed stoneware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes 300mm Bore of pipe , class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete with (1:3:6) type C-2 Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning away all grass, vegetation, scapling,shrubs, bushes under groung roots and tree upto zero level not exc 30cm girth and removing rubbish upto distance upto100 mtr out the periphery of area under cleaness complete with tractor/JCB plants complete all as specified and directed.
