To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least two financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.1514.38 lakhs and mention UDIN number in turnover certificate
Satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value), as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Construction of Road work of value not less than Rs.378.59 Lakhs, in last five years.
Executed in any one year, in the last five years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 the following minimum quantities of work (1) Earthwork-17982.47Cum (2)GSB-4781.92 Cum (3) WMM/WBM-5434.00 Cum (4)Asphalt work(including BM/DBM/BC/SDBC)-1630.20Cum (5)RCC/PCC/CC-588.86 cum (6)TMT Steel-8.28 Tonne.

The tenderer shall furnish ,as part of his tender,EMD in the amount as shown in column 4 of the table of IFT for this particular work.The E.M.D. Rs.1136000.00 shall be paid in full through E-payment or in two parts part(1)Rs.100000.00/- BY E-PAYMENT. Part (2) balance EMD of Rs.1036000.00 EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Bagalkote Division Bagalkote. And should be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the Prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.
