To carry out structural design and preparation of Architectural and structural drawings and Detailed Estimates, Yardsticks and Market rate analysis of Construction of Building for single living accomodation for JCOs/SOs consisting of living accomation, scooter shed, car parking and stair case and consisting of total area of 110.44 Sqm. and (G+2) storey building with permanent specifications, RCC framed structure, PCC Blocks masonary walls, aluminium windows, Hard wood frames for joinery, ATT 127/3 treatment, APP roof treatment, weather coat exterior emulsion paint,OBD on walls, factory made panelled shutters including Mosquito prrofing, Ceramic tiles in floors and walls, concealed copper wiring, using energy efficient light fixtures, sanitary fittings, geysers, HDPE PVC water tanks etc. complete all based on BPs and AEs provided by the department in respect of "Provision Of Deficient In-Living Accomodation for SOs And EP on Demolition Of Garbage Bins (P-31) snd Inner Compound Wall at ICGS Kavaratti" complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

To carry out structural design and preparation of Architectural and structural drawings and Detailed Estimates, Yardsticks and Market rate analysis of Construction of Building for single living accomodation for ORs consisting of living accomation, Common room, Study room, bath,WC, WHB, urinal etc. and consisting of total area of 129.90 Sqm. and (G+2) storey building with permanent specifications, RCC framed structure, PCC Blocks masonary walls, aluminium windows, Hard wood frames for joinery, ATT 127/3 treatment, APP roof treatment, weather coat exterior emulsion paint,OBD on walls, factory made panelled shutters including Mosquito prrofing, Ceramic tiles in floors and walls, concealed copper wiring, using energy efficient light fixtures, sanitary fittings, geysers, HDPE PVC water tanks etc. complete all based on BPs and AEs provided by the departmentin in respect of "Provision Of Deficient In-Living Accomodation for SOs And EP on Demolition Of Garbage Bins (P-31) snd Inner Compound Wall at ICGS Kavaratti" complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

To carry out structural design and preparation of Arch and structural drawings and Detailed Estimates, Yardsticks and Market rate analysis of watch Tower consisting of area 77.16 Sqm and height 8.6 mtr (G+2) with sloped roof a per line plan provided in respect of "Provision of Compound wall with Gate and watch Tower in 4032 SQ MTR (01 ACRE) Land for Radar Station at Suhelipar Island " based on BPs and AEs provided by the department.

Notes for Item Nos. 1 to 3:- (a) Consultancy firm has to submit Architectural and structural drawings along with detailed design calculation sheets one orginal set on auto cad (soft copy as well as hard copy). The drawing has to be got approved from HQ CWE (NB) kochi. The Architectural/Structural Engineers of the consultant should discuss drawings and all the design parameters with CWE (NB) Kochi before proceeding with the actual work. Stage wise checking of Design shall be got done from HQ CWE (NB) Kochi. (b) The design of the building shall be scientifically designed using latest codal provision/engineering practices and should be economically efficient and grade of concrete shall be not less than M-30 and steel Fe-500D as per relevent IS. Load combination shall be as per IS-875, IS-1893, IS-4326, IS-13920 and IS 456:2000 (latest version). Important factor shall be as per relevent IS clause pertaining to seismic provisions. The design shall be done on latest version of ETABS/STAAD/STAAD Pro. The confirmation for use of softwae shall be obtained from HQ CWE (NB) Kochi. (c)The soil safe bearing capacity at a depth of 1.0 m , is 100 KN/m2 or 10 T/m2 and soil safe bearing capacity at a depth of 2.0 m , is 110 KN/m2 or 11 T/m2 can be used in coral sand with coral particles for design of foundation and super structure as per latest IS Codes and certified by a qualified M.Tech (Structures) degree graduate and experienced engineer.

(d) Designs and drawings shall be in compliance as per sound engineering practices, adherance to NBC norms, statutory orders and regulations and relevant IS code etc. (e) The consultant should be available at any mid-term review of design requirement based on soil investigation report and during currency of works due to site requirements. In case of any defect/damage detected in the designated infrastructure during its design life and if the same is attributed to faulty drawing/ design, the consultant will be held responsible and financially liable for the same .

(f) The consultant shall submit the following documents in proper presentable form in soft and hard copies to HQ CWE (NB) Kochi:- (i) Input data file of STABS/SAP/SAFE (ii) Design philosophy and list of codes and BIS publication followed. (iii) Design calculation, detailed load calculation and final report in soft and hard copy. (iv) Architectural drawings and Structural drawings in Auto CAD. (v) All architectural drawings and structural drawings (one original set in tracing alongwith 3 copies including foundation plan, floor plan. roof plans, site plan, schedule of finishes, internal water supply and electrification daigram. (The position of grid beams details of staircase and all relevant details of drawings) (vi) Report, and all drawings are to be prepared as for lump sump contract. (vii) Report will be deemed complete only on submission of all items as per scope and formal approval of accepting offier. (viii) Detailed estimates, Yardstick and Market rate analysis of the structure shall be done based on MES SSR 2020 and latest market rates. (ix) Architectural and Structural Drawings and Detailed Estimates, Yardsticks and Market rate analysis and design calculations,test reports etc. shall be submitted to GE in triplicate duly vetted by NIT/IIT/any of the Govt engineering colleges/NABL accredited labs only complete all as specified and directed.
