| 2Supply and installation of a 3-meter-high Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) octagonal pole made out of 3 mm thick hot rolled steel sheet having 130 mm bottom A/F and 70 mm top A/F, provided complete with a base plate of size 200 mm × 200 mm × 16 mm thick. The pole shall be erected on RCC foundation of mix 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand Zone-III : 3 graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size) including necessary foundation bolts, excavation, cantering, shuttering, strutting, propping, placing in position and curing etc. complete. The work includes providing and placing Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT) reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D or higher, including straightening, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position for RCC work up to plinth level, as per the pole manufacturer’s recommendations. The item shall also include: 1. Excavation and refilling of foundation pit 2. Finishing of foundation 3. Providing and fixing 6A DP MCB inside suitable enclosure 4. Providing 3 Core × 1.5 sq.mm flexible PVC insulated copper cable for interconnection between luminaire and MCB 5. GI sheet for cable gland mounting 6. Proper earthing arrangement 7. Two coats of epoxy primer and epoxy paint (Aluminium grey) All necessary civil and electrical accessories to complete the work in all respects as per pole manufacturer’s recommendation and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
