Disconnecting & taking down existing unserveceable PT any description any position, and supply, fixing, installation and testing of PT Indoor type ,11 KV Ratio 11000/110 V, conforming IS : 3156/1992 , INSUL.LEVEL -35/75 KV of FACTOR 1.2 CONT & 1.5 times for 30 sec star rated , VA/Class LV I m 50/0.5 ,Earthed type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing/ overhauling of HT 11 KV 3 phase capacitor bank of rating 74x6= 444 KVAr along with series reactor of 11 KV 3 phase 0.90 KVAr, oil cooled and residual voltage transformer by cleaning complete, checking bus bar connection, including replacement of unserviceable accessories, nut bolts, topping up oil ,making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in these item. (ii) Fresh oil required for top up shall be measured as “supply only” but its heating and filling shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items. Taking down/disconnection the unserviceable existing cable any type and size from control wiring of 33 KV panel to yard complete and supply and laying new cable through pipes/ducts or on walls PVC insulated sheathed, unarmoured, electric cable heavy duty with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volt Grade of size 2.5 Sqmm 4 core for control wiring of remote panel of 33 KV VCB including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacemen of unserviceable numerical over current & Earth falt relay type aux voltage 20 to 110 volts AC/DC, CT rating 1A or 5A , with inbuilt master trip & TCS feature. Preparation of surfaces of VCB/OCB Panel Board cubical in shape applying two coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour including supplying and fixing PVC name plate indicating different cable/switch and other accessories, connections complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Old unserviceable batteries 12 Volt, from HT sub station and supply & fixing maintenance free batteries of 12 Volt, 180 AH capacity with electrolyte fully charged battery including interconnection, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil through filtration plant (Dehydration/centrifuging of transformer oil by means centrifuging machine electrically operated at site of installation of transformer in running condition of transformer including testing of transformer oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer complete ) to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil upto 65 KV/40 KV (RMS) at 2.5 mm gap and filling in transformer 33/11KV, etc complete all as specified and directed Note :- (a) The contractor shall obtain shut down orders in writing before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge (b) The contractor shall avoid wastage of existing transformer oil. (c) The contractor shall be solely responsible for any damages to the transformer during process of oil filtration. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (e) Additional qty of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for above item.

Supply, and filling/topping up of transformer insulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength 65 KV/40 KV (R.M.S) at 2.50mm gap high viscosity confirming to IS – 335 of 1983 in various capacity of transformer 33 /11KV, and 11/0.433 KV respectivelly complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing HT Poles/Lines and supply and laying of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on HT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed .

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable steel & iron items from poles i.e cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc. including nuts & bolts complete and Supply & fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replecement of UNSV jumper with Dog/ Rabit/weasel conductor suitable for HT, 11000/33000 volts grade required at site with suitable size of luge on both end including proper crimpinf etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for errection of HT/LT poles laying of HT/LT UG cables and provn of stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable lightning arrestor of any capacity and any description and Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of distribution class lighting arrestor of rating 12 KV capacity and 10 KA NDC(Peak) confirming to to IEC-99.4 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying,Straightening and Stringing in replacement of UNSV aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor off size including jointing the conductor with new conductor on existing HT pole and binding to insulator with the new aluminium wire binding wire 2 mm dia making and connecting jumper connections etc including connecting commissioning and testing ccomplete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Straightening and Stringing in replacement of UNSV Guard/ cradles hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated in replacement of UNSV galvanized steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing of HT existing over head line of ACSR conductor after disconnecting from the insulators & jumpers to the required tension & sag & binding up & connecting to insulators & jumpers properly testing complete, including chopping off tree branches (coming in the way line) complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No 104 above here-in before, but for GI wire complete, all as specified. Notes:- For item No 103 & 104 (i) The quoted rate is inclusive of the cost of Setting /adjusting of cradles in positions. Adjusting & tighting of stay assembly where ever required. (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of the cost of old serviceable jumper of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed. (iv) The quoted rate is inclusive of the cost of Cutting/trimming of tree branches along with the exisitng HT overhead line 2 mtr clearence from all sides of ACSR conductor including removal from the site.

Material and labour for cleaning and preparation of all existing steel surfaces of pole structure of straight steel tubular poles 11 mtrs long for painting including mild steel cross arms, clamps and anti clibing device,protection pipe etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint all round the exposed steel surfaces of existing steel tubular poles structure of any description and in any position above the height of 1.50 mtr from the plinth of the pole and applying one coat of synthetic enameled paint of different colours in strips of 150mm width upto the height 1.5 mtr from the plinth of poles including writing pole No and other sign works with white paint over black painted base in the pattern and style as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & directed.Note : Size of black painted base for numbering shall be 100mmx25mm and the size of numbers shall be not exceeding 10cm height.

Disconnecting defective transformer indoor/outdoor of any capacity up to 630 KVA both from HT/LT sides, and then drainage of complete transformer oil. Opening of top cover with due care and removal of all HT/LT winding connections from bushing and then lifting of core by means of tripod and chain pulley with due care for inspection and ascertain it’s serviceability state after keeping it aside. Removal of all sludge and unwanted material from tank and core, lowering of core assembly after carrying out required repairs to the winding and core. In case the repairs which are not possible at site then the transformer has to be taken to the work shop for repairs complete, all as specified and directed. Note :- (i)The cost of transportation shall be paid separately. (ii)The cost of rewinding shall be paid separately.

Taking down of transformers of capacity 63 to 630KVA from transformer plate/2/4 pole structure form with due care after disconnecting all HT/LT connections on pole and then lowering it by means of tripod and chainpully and remounting on transformer plate form plate/2/4 pole structure after repairs complete, all as specified and directed.

Lifting of Indoor/Outdoor transformer from PCC plateform/2/4 pole structure of concerned substation with the help of mobile crane , loading on truck for transporting to civil workshop at Dehradun city & unloading at workshop, transporting back from workshop after repairs to its existing location complete, all as specified and directed.
