Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Horizontal open well submersible pump set having minimum discharge of 696 LPM at a head of 27 meters suitable for delivery pipe of size 100mmx100 mm and to operate on 3phase, 50Hz AC supply. The submersible pump to be installed in the existing bore well including connection with existing 100mm dia HDPE pipe including providing and fixing of suitable SS nipples for connection, clamps, bolts, nuts and other all accessories as required for fixing the pump inside bore well.

Supply and laying of 3C X 4 Sqmm PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed Industrial 3 Core Flat Submersible Cable with Bare Bunched Copper Conductor for Submersible Pump set with Voltage Grade 1100 Volts as per IS:694/2010 to be layed in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supply and laying of 3C X 1.5 Sqmm PVC Insulated and PVC Sheathed Industrial 3 Core Flat Submersible Cable with Bare Bunched Copper Conductor with Voltage Grade 1100 Volts as per IS:694/2010 in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing of 25 mm dia medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Supplying and laying of 110 mm dia HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. on surface, complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench/on surface, complete as required.

Providing and laying of 100 mm dia GI pipe (B class) including welding, bends, tees, elbows, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on wall/ceiling with suitable clamps/support frame complete etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 100 mm dia GI flanges on 100 mm GI pipe including cutting of pipe, welding etc. complete etc. as required.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 100 mm dia Non return valve with dual plate of CI body SS plates flanged end & PN 16 pressure rating suitable for water distribution system complete etc as specified.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of 100 mm dia GI Butterfly valve with SS iron disc & PN 1.6 pressure rating including fixing, connection etc as required suitable for water distribution system complete etc as specified.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of Automatic water level sensor and its controlling circuit sitable to fix in the existing LT panel/on surface including its connecting probes to sense the water levels at three stages of the overhead water tank and to opearte 2 nos submersible pump sets in auto mode as per the water levels in the over head water tank complete etc as required.
