S & F Factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) con-sisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Disconnecting / taking down carefully ceiling fan from existing position dismantling rewinding overhaulling & cleaning thorughly oiling greasing and re-hanging after at same or new location all as required at site after replacing spare parts such as rewinding super enameled copper wire, bush / ball bearing, condensor, split pins, check nuts, rubber reel etc duly connected with new PVC 3.0 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23 / 0.0076 and re-sembling the same at existing / new place after testing / commisioning and re-installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: The Rate of spare parts and copper rewinding shall be included in this job

Disconnecting / taking down carefully Exhaust Fan / Desert cooler of any size / type from existing postion, overhauling and cleaning throughly, oiling / greasing, replaceing split pins, check nuts, rubber seal, capacitors etc. taking out burnt out copper wire from motor, rewinding with existing same gauge of super enameled copper winding wire and re-assembled duly connected with new PVC 3.0 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/0.0076, and refixing in same / new location with all fasteners, including making of new hole and make good of hole at old location all as required at site testing after installation complete all as specified and directed Note:- The Rate of spare parts and copper rewinding shall be included in this Job.
