Back to back replacement of HM luminaire: Retrofitting of existing HMT with LED fixtures & Luminares and aligning the Lantern Carrier to maximise LUX level : (a) Dismantling & removing the existing fittings (b) Modification of lantern including wiring and related circuit. (C) To fix LED fixtures with suitable alignment for evenly distribution of LUX. (d) Re-installation (e) Adjustment, alignment & evaluation of LUX level for evenly distribution in estimated area. (f) Removing the materials with scraps and shifting to the desiganated area. Complete replacement of conventional type High Mast luminaire i.e. HPSV lamp with LED fixture per High Mast Lighting Tower (Polygonal, Telescopic, Winch Type <18M ~ 30M> Height , 415V AC ): Attending to job, replacement of all conventional type luminaire and its components such as lamps, Lamp Cover, chokes, condenser, ignitor, holder, and detection of fault, defective cable/wire, switch, fuse, termination, Control Panel maintenance, winch assemble & trailling cable replacement if required. Cleanning of surrounding area" upto 3M radius, etc. complete so as to bring the High Mast Lighting Tower back into working condition. Contractor shall provide transprotation for shifting of material from store to the site and returning of replaced materials to NRL designated site but excluding of supply of materials and as per direction of Engineer-inCharge

D/S/E of HM (18 to 30mtr): Complete Dismantling, Shifting and Re-erection of defective Hight Mast with replacement of spares as per the site condition to bring back the High Mast into working condition in NRL Onsite and Offsite area including shifting of Materials from store to site and returning of replaced materials to NRL store/designated scrap yard, supply of required special tools but excluding supply of materials and as per direction of EIC.

Re-wiring of High Mast Luminaire: Re-wiring of Luminaires on High Mast Lantern Carrier with new cable including disconnection, removal of damaged existing wiring with glanding,termination and connection of all luminaires/control gear box, making weather proof and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Unschedule Civil/Electrical job: (Item not to be quoted) Other unschedule Civil/Electrical job for making good due to damages occurs during electrical installation such as handling, Panel foundation repairing etc.

Safety items reimbursement (Not to be quoted)

Supply of Safety items:(Item no to be quoted) Reimbursement will be as per the submission of related back up documents along with the Challan as per actual. Item to be executed in consultation with EIC. (Contractor will ensure that the billed rates are at par with prevailing market rates for the supplied item(s) / service(s). Certifying officer and EIC will certify such bills after due verification of the billed rates.)
