Supply, Laying and Testing of 3 layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings and making connection fixed to walls, ceilings floors or laid in trenches etc 25mm dia laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair / replacement of 32mm dia bore PPR Gate valve (with brass insert and PPR outer) suitable for PP-R pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair / replacement of 25mm dia bore PPR Gate valve (with brass insert and PPR outer) suitable for PP-R pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Disconnecting the electric connection from motor terminal box including insulating the ends of the cable, taking out the pump set from base after opening nuts/bolts, transporting from site to workshop, dismantling pump, removing worn out impeller, ball bearing, gaskets, assembling the pump with replacement of pulley key, gland packing rope, greasing, transporting back to site and fixing on the existing foundation, connecting the electric connection of motor and testing complete to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity. (b) Cleaning the stator body complete by rubbing sand paper remove all carbons. (c) Insert insulating materials such as insulating paper sleeves. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of super enameled copper winding, varnishing and heating up at desired temp. For achieve the particular Ohm resistance. (e) Clean the rotor and assembling in motor. (f) Connection/coupling the motor with pump, connect all electric/earth connection foundation nuts/bolts at its original position and testing on load complete all as specified and directed.
