(A) Site Development

Earth work in excavation by Machanical means over area 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan, incl. disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 Mtr. Lift 1.5 mtr disposed earth to be neatly levelled and dressed incl. all carriage complete.

Filling available excavted eath (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 mtr.

(B) Civil Part

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by manual or mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundation, drains pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, incl. disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 Mtr. Lift 1.5 mtr upto required width and depth including ramming of bottom and dressing of sides, clearing of vegetation incl. and disposal of excavated materials with its leads, lifts and carriage as will be directed at site complete (Oridinary Rock).

All work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 coarse, sand: 8 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm Nominal size (Crushed) all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Form work of ordinary timber planks so as to give rough finish incl. Centering and shuttering incld. strutting ,propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations Beam, column Pedestal, Plinth, RCC strip, Lift Shaft etc. all inclusive complete.

Slab, Stair

Reinforcement for R.C.C work incld straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete:- (Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars.).

Supply & filling of boulders and sand under floors including spreading, leveling, ramming, dressing & watering, all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest source of site of work complete.

Brick work with F.P.S bricks of class designation 75 in cement mortar 1:6 mix (1 cement: 6 coarse sand). For super structure up-to floor V level all inclusive leads, lifts, loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of material involved complete.

Extra for brick work in super structure above Plinth upto Floor V-Level.

Half brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 including curing in Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs of with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) 1st Class Kail Wood (Jammu Provance).

Providing and Fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors including M.S butt hinges with necessary screws etc complete of 1st class kail wood (Kashmir Provance).

P/F of Panelling in shutters of 1st class Kail wood (25mm-40mm) incl. all leads, lifts, carriage complete.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick Glazed shutters for Doors, Windows and Clerestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mm) thick float Glass panes, including ISI marked M.S Pressed butt hinges/ bright finished butt hinges of required size with necessary screws including cost of glazing and necessary beading complete(1st Class Kail wood).

Providing and fixing of 35mm thick Wire Guaze shutters using galvanized M.S. Wire Guaze of average width for aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63mm for Doors, Windows and Clerestory Windows and including ISI marked M.S pressed butt hinges/bright finished butt hinges of required size with necessary screws. (1st Class Kail Wood) with all carraige upto site of work complete.

15mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement : 4 sand) including scafoldings cost and carriage of material complete (Internal).

12mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement : 4 sand) including carriage of material complete (on Ceiling).

15mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 mix (1 cement : 4 sand) including scafoldings cost and carriage of material complete (External).

Providing and applying white cement based wall putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Washable distemper two or more coats of approved manufacture and brand of required colour and shade including sand papering and finishing the surface smooth, including priming coat with water thinkable cement primer complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approval brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats (wood /steel work) incl. priming coat. And all carriages complete

50mm cement concrete flooring in 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg., 20mm nominal size finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry incl. glass strips in joints all inclusive leads, lifts,loading, un-loading, cost and carriage of materials from approved nearest sources to site of work complete.

Providing moulded and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (pre-moulded and pre-polished), machine cut for kitchen platform, vanity counters window sills facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) mix with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.(Granite of any colour and shape 18mm thick), incl. all carraiges of material upto site of work complete.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses & framed work trussed purlins, beams, rafters upto desired span & height including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing/Fixing of CGI Colour coated (Hi-Rib) profile sheets for roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with Polymer coated J or l hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I Limpet washers or with G.I Limpet washers (0.50mm thick) incl. cost and carraiges of materials complete.

Providing/Fixing of Ridges/Hips with 60cm over all width in Plain GS colour sheets 0.50mm thick fixed with Polymer J or l hooks/ Bolts/Nuts as per the directions of Engineer Incharge incl. all carraiges complete.

Providing/Fixing Valleys of 60cm width overall in colour coated sheets 0.50mm thick fixed with Polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts, nuts and all necessary fittings, incl carriages complete.

Providing and fixing M.S ornamental grills of required pattern and design using M.S flats, square or round bars, pipes for railing etc. of required section and size incl. polishing and priming complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed Wall Tiles thickness 6 mm of approved make like NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Including cost of all material, with its leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed Floor Tiles of required size & design of of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in color Ivory, Grey, Fume Red, Brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. Including cost of all material, with its leads, lifts and carriages etc upto site of work complete.

Providing 40x5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size.)

Providing and fixing of aluminuim hardware fittings for doors, windows of approved brand of required colour shade and patern with necessary nails, screws etc. complete.
