Amount

Taking out existing old damage RCC slab/block from various places of switch yard laid over cable trenches and stacking by manual/mechanical means at designated locations including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground and stacking of serviceable material within 100 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the old plaster or skirting, raking out joints, Chipping of old RCC surface for bonding of new plaster, and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, Trench cover slab, drain cover slab, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:2 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand), cost of required Centering and shuttering complete 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand(zone-II) derived from natural sources : 2 graded stone aggregate 10 / 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) and providing 4 Nos. PVC sleeve of approx length 100 mm in each slab for placing 16 mm dia bar for hooks as required etc including cost of transportation, laying on cable trench, leveling if required, curing at all leads & lift, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, plate, MS rod, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). Plastering 25 mm average thickness in 2 layers.

Disposal of materials/moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Volume of RCC precast slab to be measured and paid for which its dispossed without dismantling. (Rate also includes transporting and stacking of old RCC trench cover at some specific location inside campus if required). Note - 1. Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. 2. Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 3. The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. Note:-Paint will be applied on steel, Aluminium, Rates includes scaffolding. The surface area of MS members will be measured and paid.
